Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sacramento

Great location and nice space. Enough room for 4 people, with a pull out couch too if they don’t all share beds. One shared bathroom with access from both bedrooms although not directly from the living room. Drawers for clothes would be nice for the longer stays. Overall, very comfortable. Ryan is very responsive when questions come up.

Home was perfect for me and my family (4 mo old baby). We stayed for 3 weeks. Very clean and nice looking home. It’s private and well located, walkable. It’s a little noisy, thin walls so it’s easy to hear the neighbors but they provide a sound machine which helps. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic spot, would stay here again. David was friendly and flexible. The flat is cozy yet spacious, and in a safe neighborhood with easy street parking on the weekends. It was also within walking distance of fun stuff, like Bueno Cafe. Great value for the money!

An absolutely lovely,cozy and just a spacious place, in a quiet neighborhood, 20 minute walk away from the golden 1 center and a few more from old Sacramento. It immediately felt like home when me and my nieces came in, bathroom had all the basic necessities like towels and shampoo stuff which was great because I was traveling with girls. I’d love to come back again since the golden 1 center is a place I go to often.

This host SAVED me from being in a horrible situation, after being stuck in a really bad Airbnb, they responded so quickly and went above and beyond by being extra flexible while I was trying to find out if my mom was being released from the hospital. This place was so cozy and immaculate, it got me through a really rough time and made feel so comfortable. The beds were so soft and luxurious feeling and everything was spotless. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in the area. Bonus, there is a donut shop right across the street, it really is the whole package!

So convenient and easy to get around. A great stay for a downtown conference. just far enough away to take a breather and not so far as to feel disconnected.

Modern, comfortable space that was well-appointed and clean. Great location and neighborhood. Erica was a good communicator and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sacramento.

Staying in this home was comfortable and relaxing. The entire place was extremely clean and we had everything we needed (plus more). I appreciated the easy, quick communication with Kate, and the ability to check in early. The pack n play and high chair were very helpful too!

Iris is very responsive and friendly. Iris will do as much as she can to make your stay comfortable for you and your family. The house was a real godsend for us, our house had serious water damage and my family and our pets were right at home for 6 months. The home was stocked with everything we needed. Thank you again

I especially loved the backyard area and the quiet street.

My sister was coming from out of town and we needed to find a place to accommodate her small dog. We were able to book Camron’s place as last minute lodging as it was available and also accepted pets. After the 24 hr mark, we were notified by one of the hosts that there was a glitch and it is usually a 3 night minimum stay. We requested an exception as it was only 4 days away from our planned stay. We were granted an exception and were reminded to “treating the home like it’s your own w a mortgage. Not many pristine airbnb homes on the market that accept dogs and single night stays you know .” The home was exactly as described and had what we needed for our stay. The carport is small so be mindful when parking. There is also plenty of parking on the street. The room downstairs was also quite cold, so we messaged the hosts who responded promptly and dropped off extra blankets for us. Overall, I would recommend this AirBnB if you need to stay for at least 3 nights and in West Sac!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Perfect location for me to get where I needed to downtown. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Everything was very clean and the host was excellent at responding in a timely manner.

This place was spotless, comfortable, and in a great little neighborhood. The bed and linens were really soft and clean, the couch was cozy, and overall just a fantastic Airbnb!

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Robyn's place is in a great location downtown. Walking to Golden 1 Center and several great coffee shops is quick and easy. It is nice having a small gym that includes the basics. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We will stay again when visiting Sacramento.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Austin’s place! He kindly recommended some coffee shops that we ended up visiting and was very pleasant to communicate with. Would gladly stay at his place again!

Apartment was as described in the listing. Very functional and comfortable stay. Easy to communicate with Susan and the place feels very safe given the location. We were in the area visiting someone at Sutter hospital so the location was ideal, right around the corner. The bed was a bit soft for our tastes, but in reading reviews there's as many folks commenting it was perfect as there were commenting that it was soft so this obviously is a personal preference.
