Holiday rentals with lake access in Saginaw Bay

We enjoyed our family Thanksgiving dinner here and had no issues making the meal with multiple dishes having to be done simultaneously. Believe me that’s no small feat. Between the game room and the Lions game on TV everyone was occupied while we were working in kitchen. Afterwords we had a nice warm fire on the beach on a very cold Thanksgiving night. We all enjoyed the location very much. The view from all three bedrooms was fantastic. We would not hesitate to come again.

Jeff and Maribeth were great. They answered questions almost immediately. The place was exactly as pictured and was very comfortable and very clean. Plenty of extras such as the coffee bar. They gave us recommendations for the area and were very friendly. I had fun chatting with them as well. I would highly recommend if staying in the area.

We did our 15th mother-daughter time here. It was a spacious and comfortable home—beautiful views of the water.

We had an excellent stay, the lake view from the house is absolutely stunning!! Plenty of out door seating and the water was great! 10/10

When our city of Alpena got hit by the ice storm and lost power, this space felt like a vacation getaway. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The house was beautiful and gave us the much needed shelter and warmth to make us forget for a few days the chaos and damage of the ice storm! I would love to stay again in the summer time for another mini vacation.

Great place, great host, would highly recommend! We will be back!

The house was better that the pictures. Clean, beautiful area, quiet. Nice outside area for bbq with family and friends. No bugs!!!!! Love the homey feel and all the convienences of home. Pam was the ideal host and always responsive. Will look forward to next year❤️

This house was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The house was spacious, beds were very comfortable and the house itself was beautiful. We were able to walk to the beach each morning to enjoy coffee and hang out there throughout the day. The downtown area was a five minute drive from the house. Rick and Shellie had a binder in the house with recommendations and menus from the local establishments. The downtown area is filled with great restaurants and shops. We look forward to staying again next year!

It was a great place to stay, very comfortable. I would like to get back in late spring or summer, the walk to the beach would be awesome.

tiffany rocks, super kind, checked on me, house was spotless, good for smaller dogs. comfy and cozy, plenty of sleeping space for 5. tiffany responded almost immediately every time. make sure to bring water to drink, none in fridge. great location to enjoy some peace in the woods and a day at the beach just across the street. if absolutely necessary you can walk from town. little distance but better then the alternative. have fun, thanks tiffany, see you soon.

Everything was clean and nice, My only problem was the price for what you get it is very high.

The place was a great location - very close and walkable to downtown. It was exactly as pictured and described. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Christine’s place was just what we needed while I completed a 6 week medical rotation at the nearby hospital. She was very responsive and flexible! We had no issues and would recommend!

We loved staying at Margaret’s Unit 1. It was so comfy and cozy, loved how walkable the area was. Margaret was responsive and answered all our questions. We had a great time. We will be back!

My Mother was getting married in Hale and we desperately needed to find somewhere to stay and.. WOW! We were SO excited when we found this place! It was so beautiful and quiet and it had just the relaxation we needed for the weekend of a wedding! All hosts were SUPER responsive and answered every question I had (even the silly ones) and my favorite part.. the pillows were so comfortable. I struggled with constant pain due to a private diagnosis and I felt so comfortable here. I would absolutely book again if I ever found myself out here. The price was absolutely perfect for what it was! It was even cuter than in the photos as well!! My husband and brother loved the pool tables and the rest of my family absolutely loved the water accommodations. Book here!!! You won’t regret it!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cutie Pie Cottage! The place was charming, clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home, and the attention to detail in the decor was just perfect. A special shoutout to Marci, who was incredibly helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Her hospitality truly made our experience even better. If you’re looking for a relaxing and adorable place to stay, this is it!

I enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing stay at Jamie's beautiful lakeside retreat. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and included nice amenities (snack assortment, K-cups, bathroom toiletries). The backyard deck and view of Lake Huron was incredible. I witnessed gorgeous sunrises over coffee each morning. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable and friendly. And the location is close to both East Tawas beaches and shopping as well as hiking at Iargo Springs and Lumberman's Monument, both overlooking the Au Sable River. I very much look forward to a future stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! We enjoyed exploring and hiking in the area on the off-season — the parks and beaches were so quiet and peaceful. The cabin was pristinely clean and very comfortable. We loved the wood stove and comfortable accommodations! Would highly recommend!

Perfect location!!! Nothing fancy in the cabin itself… but it’s got a gorgeous view, is across from a coffee shop / laundromat (amazing), and next to the kayak rental! Everything is walkable. Mike and Dale are great too!

Came here for our annual mother and daughter vacation. Very cute and calm place. I love the aesthetic very much. Very clean and lots to do around. Close to town and walkable to beach!

Very nice place weather was cold but enjoyed watching the ducks and geese. Will definitely go back again.
