The place is amazing, the hosts were great. They have a 24/7 care taker in the property named Sachin, who took care of all the needs we had on commuting, eating and sightseeing. The rooms are exactly as described in the listing, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Though the property requires some stairs and I understand it is structurally required because if the terrain of the houses Nainital, and the hosts really cannot do anything about it, but Shivang was really helpful to inform us of the prior to that, and since no one among us had any mobility issue, we were fine. But for someone who has, this property is not recommended. The property is walking distance to the bustand and there are lot of eateries and activities to do around the area. The furnishings in the property were new and fairly maintained, the bedsheets were fresh and the blankets were good and fresh too. The bathrooms were clean and modern, kitchen had all the amenities. Overall our stay was amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in bhimtal, and it was a truly amazing experience. The property is perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of the lake and surroundings, which added great value to our trip. The staff was extremely courteous, especially Mr Gaurav Negi, and he was attentive to our needs all the time even at 11 pm, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all amenities, making it a perfect blend. Food quality was great too. Overall, Gaurav provided us with a memorable stay in Nainital. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for all in one.

What you want when you are away from your home, you want a place where you can find yourself comfortable like home. So for me the stay was really awesome. The host Ritumbara ji was not there in person but still she was able to communicate with us effortlessly, anytime I am texting Ritumbara ji i am getting response within minutes so we didn't faced any problem during our stay. Hotel staff was always available there for you, what ever you require wheather it is local sight seeing guidance or you need to order food or room cleaning service they are always there with a smile which shows their dedications towards the hospitality. So overall it was a great experience and I can say that I would like to recommend this property to my and friends in future also.

I had a fantastic experience at the homestay. The apartment was spotless and with a perfect blend of comfort and peace. The location was ideal—nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood. Aditi was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had all the information I needed before and during my stay. The check-in process was super easy, and they even checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Househelp service was also top notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location with wonderful views of the hills. We were so comfortable at this residence which immediately felt at home. The staff Surajji and Chandan and Chef were so hospitable. The food was right to our taste and they went out of their way to ensure all our needs are met. The interior of this residence left nothing to desire. Really didn’t want to leave this place but instead felt like extending our stay there. I recommend this property anytime.

This place is kid friendly, with lot of games and story books available. Food was great, whatever we asked to our caretaker ganesh to prepare, he would start preparing well in advance. There are two caretakers ganesh and the other one, a big shout out to both of them. If you are photogenic, then this place is for you. We were looking for a place away from crowd, and this property was a perfect place. The views were breathtaking. Every bedroom had a balcony and a separate closet space. The living room was beautiful with ample space to chill. Outside of the living room, there was a huge balcony which again was beautiful with lots of plants, and space to sit and enjoy the view. Parking was available right outside the property. Yogesh, the caretaker, was really nice and helpful to us. He was just a call away whenever needed, and made sure that we felt comfortable. Madalsa, the owner, was really sweet and kept in touch to ensure that we have everything that we needed.

Our stay here was amazing. The Caretaker helped us with everything including settling in, figuring out tourist places and transport. The place was calm, serene and quite enjoyable. All the amenities are provided.

This property is a really good place to stay being 10 minutes away from Bhimtal and Naukuchiatal and about 45 minutes away from Nainital. The caretaker, Yogeshbhai is really sweet, helpful and honest. I would definitely visit again with my parents.

This airbnb was one of the best decisions we made. Beautiful room and the balcony is cosy and cute. Our caretaker was very helping and humble. Highly recommended! Our host Pragya was very kind and responsive. She even gave us some gifts when we arrived as well as when we left. Ill surely come here again.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The check-in was easy. The rooms were clean, beds all made up, toilets were well maintained. Kitchen was great. The best part was the location. It was beautiful, the property is surrounded by mountains, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The lake is just in front of the property. One thing I would like to add is that the lake is not accessible directly from the property, for that you have to go around the property, which is not much of a task though. The caretaker was helpful and could also cook food if told him beforehand. The only problem I encountered there was of mobile network. Jio network did not work there but Vodafone-Idea worked flawlessly. The place doesn't have a WiFi which is not a big issue, but would be cherry on top if made available. Overall the stay was excellent, the rooms were huge and there was also provision of bonfire.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Khurpatal and it was an unforgettable experience for me and my parents . This place is perfect for those who want peace and calm. Property is amazing, with every possible amenities. Kitchen was well-equipped. Cozy living space. Lovely outdoor area, with beautiful flowers. View is breathtaking, area is secure, you can walk outside the condo and enjoy the serene landscape. Overall it’s perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. Hosts were amazing, gave me all the necessary information and were available for any requests. Wifi is not available, however mobile network works fine. Not many restaurants around, however it’s just 20 mins drive to Nainital. It was a memorable stay, would love to return soon. Highly recommended.
