Keep it simple. Peaceful and centrally-located two bedroom cottage on beautiful Lake Champlain. Deck and firepit to enjoy the most amazing lake sunsets. A perfect couples getaway but can accommodate a small family. A home away from home with all the conveniences we could think of! A Paddle board on site for your use. Bring your own fishing gear and fish right off of the dock(summer months). Just a few miles from several VT State parks, 30 minutes to Burlington,30 minutes to Smuggs.

Champlain Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Come enjoy your stay.

Welcome to 18 Lake. Situated in beautiful, quiet, Port Kent, NY., this is the perfect place to relax and to get away. People come from all across the country to tour the area on bicycles in summer, and from all over the world during the winter for Lake Placid's winter sports. In fall, the colors are incredible. You will find golf about 1/2 mile away, and other attractions such as Ausable Chasm, High Falls Gorge, orchards, boating, hiking, and more close by!

In St-Armand🇨🇦, small house ideal as a base for visiting the region/wine route. 3 km from customs, near 133, it allows you to visit Vermont without sleeping in the United States. With a bedroom (double bed + a single air mattress), a living room with cable-free smart TV for your subscriptions (Netflix...), a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom/shower and a dining room. There is a double car park. This is a modest house near neighbors and the noisy road.
