Beautiful house and pool gite. Everything that you needed inside amd outside the house plus lots of extras, like dishwasher tablets. Beautiful surrounding area and great local town (Lalinde) with good restaurants and cafes. There was a market on Thursday which was good. Great host who was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Would love to come and stay again next year.

We had a great weekend! The house is very nice and full of charm, and very well equipped, including for children. The large heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table and bocce court are big extras. We'll be happy to go back!

Happy and warm week. Very bright accommodation with floor-to-ceiling windows everywhere. Nothing is missing to live your vacation well, everything is clean. It is missing a microwave and a kettle; eco-friendly fireplace is required. The photos were well taken as the trees have since grown on the panoramic view. Hot tub very welcome. Safety improvements offered especially for children: missing railings throughout the basement including behind ping pong, sliding door of the 1-seater bedroom, ... Beautiful area with many remarkable activities and sights.

Thank you for the stay that allowed us to gather our family from 2 to 86 years old. everyone was able to find their place. spacious house and suitable for large groups. very well equipped in terms of kitchen and bathrooms. very nice exterior. warm welcome from the owner who was very responsive. We had a wonderful time at the very lovely cottage Stable end. It's really enjoyable! A very quiet location where you can greatly enjoy the view and the tranquility. The pool was great, and the garden where we could play badminton and football was very nice. Our 2 dogs also had the time of their lives there. The incredible starry sky that can be seen there was also something magical. We can only recommend Michael, a very welcoming and friendly man!

We enjoyed everything about this stay. Capacious and clean, great amenities with your own pool and hot tub. Safe little town where people are extremely nice. we also appreciated the thoughtful touches she left in the property. Would love to return again in the future.

Small cottage with a lot of charm, in the middle of the vines with a view and a breathtaking tranquility, I even issued a "Wouhaa" when I arrived. A back terrace overlooking the vineyards, fields and forests. All amenities within 10 minutes. I don't recommend it too much because I hope it will be available the next time I come!

The house was wonderfully spacious, the view beautiful. We could walk into the vineyards and orchard from the garden with our dog for a beautiful walk. When it rained, we could sit in the spacious sitting room. The swimming pool was also well worthwhile. We even got a bike to borrow from Alex, Lucien's son.

Quiet location while being close to the city center, well-equipped accommodation, we slept very well and the contact was very friendly with Isabelle, thank you for everything, go without a second thought!

We absolutely loved this place. There is masses of space with access to several barns and a huge courtyard which is fenced making it perfect for our two dogs. The pool is beautiful and is a sun trap. It gets the sun until it sets and the sunsets there are stunning. The hiking in the area is incredible and we would walk for at least two hours every morning with our dogs. We used the All Trails app and found some really interesting places. Anne was super friendly and helpful. We definitely want to go back.

It went very well. Jacques was kind and welcomed us very warmly. He told us places to visit and gave us a very good homemade jam.

Very nice discovery for us that this accommodation is in the heart of an equestrian center. The place is peaceful and relaxing, in the heart of the Périgord forest, many walks of all durations are accessible on foot and suitable for children (the simple tour of the center through the forest is very good for younger children). The view of the decorations and the forest from the cottage is stunning. Muriel is a welcoming host, caring about the comfort of her guests. And of course it is possible to practice horseback riding, our children were able to do an introductory session with a walk in the forest with a competent and attentive instructor. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!

Delightful and well-equipped gite in very peaceful and relaxing location. Would be great for kids. Excellent base for lots of activities and history (and pre-history). Franck and Anne are charming, interesting and helpful hosts.

The accommodation offered was beyond our expectations The geographical location is exceptional, the area is beautiful, the accommodation is very spacious We all loved it.

Very nice, warm and cozy accommodation. In winter, the pellet stove is appreciated. The environment is peaceful, ideal for walking, we come across pretty deer. Brantômes is close by for aperitifs and restaurants! Very welcoming host.

A superb large house and grounds with a fabulous pool, Adrian, Suzanne and Luke were great hosts. Peaceful yet within easy reach of Aubeterre and St Emillion with countless vineyards in between, La Fayette has a lovely balance of rustic charm and useful amenities. Would definitely visit again and recommend for a medium to large group.

My Son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A great friendly welcome from Marilyn and Peter, nothing too much trouble etc. Could do with a bigger bath and a more powerful hairdryer, everything else spot on. Thank you.

Very nice accommodation with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms in an old house surrounded by vineyards. Complete calm and very good communication with the owners. For sunny days, the pool is a plus.

Great house and large beautiful garden in a quiet country / private location but close to lots of attractions / activities in the Dordogne.
