Family-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Barthélemy Island

We were a group of adults (12) staying for a total of 10 days. Gregory was available to answer our questions, very flexible. There were many more amenities than advertised as a beach cooler and umbrellas. The villa was large enough for everyone to find their comfort. I recommend it in a second 👌🏻

We loved everything about Villa Eugenie and would definitely stay here again! Location is excellent, indoor/outdoor accommodations are spacious and beautiful, and Laurent (and son Axel) provided excellent and easy service. I think the place looks even better in person than it does in photos- everything is updated and modern. The layout of the property is difficult to capture in photos too, but there is ample indoor and outdoor space across two levels, all extremely private. Exceeded expectations!!! Merci Laurent!

Absolutely perfect even better than the photos . Excellent location . Dominique is on site and was absolutely amazing and quick if we needed anything and super nice . My sisters and I stayed at this amazing Airbnb for my birthday, and we absolutely loved it! The place was spotless, with a breathtaking view that made our stay even more special. The host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond, making everything seamless. It was the perfect spot to celebrate, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 3 couples that planned this trip for a year and our first stop was the luxurious condo Le Papillon! The refrigerator was stocked with welcome beverages which were well needed after our journey from Norway🥂 There were shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. We walked down the beach to Mary’s Boon for breakfast and enjoyed dinner at Beirut. The rooftop terrace was fantastic for working out, dancing, waving at the planes overhead, enjoying the hot tub, people watching or taking an afternoon siesta😎 We were fortunate to meet Liz (taxi), a lovely woman, who was available to drive us around day and night. Everyone we met were friendly and the atmosphere was chill. Last but not least, Simone was a top host; quick to answer questions, positive and helpful. We were sad to leave this wonderful abode, but it was a perfect start to our further adventures in the BVI. Thank you for your hospitality. Until next time…🤙🏼

We loved our stay! The space is beautiful and an easy walk to the beach and amenities there. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds comfy. Loved the outdoor shower and use of jacuzzi. Veronique was very helpful and proactive with instructions. 💗

We recently returned from our vacation at Princess Heights where we throughly enjoyed the beautiful views and hospitality we experienced during 10 day stay. After having some difficulty finding the resort( St Maarten has almost no street signs or route numbers) we were very impressed with this resort. The rooms and kitchen were updated and very well cared for. The ocean view from our balcony was beautiful. We used the pool frequently which was never crowded as we were able to find beach chairs easily. We swam almost daily as the pool was kept clean, was quite large and the water temperature was comfortable. The staff at this resort was terrific, very responsive to any concerns and we found them to be quite respectful. Although there some really good restaurants/bars close by it would have been nice to have one on site. This resort is gated which added to the feeling of security we felt during our stay which is important when you are away in a foreign country. Highly recommend this reso

Aurelie's place was really nice and spotless. The location was ideal and at the center of it all. The beach, restaurants, a grocery store, a bakery and even a spa were at walking distance from the apartment. Aurelie was responsive to all of our inquiries. We would definitely stay there again.

Denis was the best host we’ve had at any Airbnb. He picked us up at the airport, provided some wine & fruit, and was extremely helpful and responsive. When our coffee maker stopped working he brought a replacement immediately. We were very impressed with Denis!!!

Alexandra's place is in a great location, close enough to walk to convenience stores, a bakery, and restaurants every day, but far enough from the bars that you are not kept awake from their music late at night. The view from the balcony is amazing, it is where we ate breakfast every morning. Having an elevator, is a plus, especially with luggage. The beach is a few steps from the apartment, and the water is easy to enter and exit, no rocks on steep drop off. While the upper bedroom is quiet, if you are light sleeper, earplugs are helpful for the lower level bedroom due to street noise. The beds are comfortable, the beach chairs could use some updating, but overall it is the second time we stayed and will likely be back next year.

Beautiful Airbnb on Orient Bay. The covered balcony was our favourite part of the place, with a beautiful ocean view and lots of space. The location is terrific, only a few minute walk into the main square where you can find restaurants, bars, groceries, etc. Our host was very responsive and flexible with our requests. I would recommend!

Judy’s home provides an authentic Caribbean experience. The home is spacious, has good amenities and comfortable. My family felt right at home and had a wonderful stay.

Damiens Apartment is situated in a former hotel, now residence area, so its very quiet. there is direct access to the beach, but while we were there there were a lot of algae, so walking till to the beach chairs and bars took about 15-20min walking on the beach. If you drive its about 10 min drive away to the main square of the beach with all the restaurants and the beach bars. directly at the grounds is a pizzeria which is great for your first day, when you dont havr the energy to go anywhere and still get food. Two other good restaurants are a 2-5 min by car and the supermarket is also just about 5 min away by car and no matter where you are going you always pass the supermarket, so its convenient that its on the way. Contact with Damien was good, he always replied fast. At the beginning we would have wished for a little bit better communication about the water cuts due to a break in the water facility on the french side, but after we asked he sent us to links to newspapers where we could look up the times ourselves. You definitely need a car and there was enough parking space on the grounds. overall we enjoyed our stay at Damiens apartment!

We stayed at Villa Azur for 2 weeks and had a great time. The villa’s location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, it was clean and had all the necessary amenities we needed. It’s a quick drive to orient bay and near many restaurants, grocery stores. We had no trouble communicating with Guylene and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is quiet, the location is perfect if you have a car, and the view is beautiful. The secluded beach within walking distance was a real gem, and we enjoyed relaxing in the pleasant shaded dining area in the garden. Everything was exactly as described, and Nada was a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

Michael is a great host, he helped us with restaurants and all reservations. Will definitely be renting with him for our next trip to St Barths.

This property is everything and more. Perfect location, attention to detail, amazing (helpful) staff, so clean. We were in SBH for work and this spot was THE spot. Whether you’re looking for a “base” or a sweet little home away from home, look no further.

Gorgeous, private, tranquil villa which was perfect for our group of 8. Lots of room for everyone to spread out as well as come together for meals or to enjoy the spectacular views. Very well appointed home with lots of unique touches and thoughtful details. Quiet and tres chic. Our hostess was perfect and always responsive. A gem for sure!
