Holiday rentals with lake access in Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne

A wonderful Villa and a brilliant host in Maria. Her communication from beginning to end was fantastic. The Villa was stunning with views overlooking Cannes and was perfectly located to explore the many beautiful areas along the coastline. The Villa itself was amazing, really spacious and had everything we needed for our family of 6. The pool area was particularly well equipped with lots of lovely comfortable sunbeds to enjoy the sunshine and the views. After two weeks we were sad to leave and wouldn’t hesitate a return trip if we are visiting the area again.

A big thank you to Thomas for hosting us, for his responsiveness and for his advice! The house is perfectly equipped, the fenced garden was ideal for our dog and we were able to enjoy the hot tub even in the middle of January which was very pleasant! We'll be happy to go back!

Our time at this property in the south of France was just wonderful! The location right on the quiet river was a dream – we were able to enjoy the idyllic nature and the kayaks provided were a special highlight. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well appointed. The host was very friendly and provided us with valuable tips for the area. Overall a good stay – we will be happy to come back!

Very nice week of family vacation. The house is true to the photos. Air conditioning works great. The pool was nice in terms of cleanliness and allowed you to cool off. Our host was responsive to our requests. Walking distance to the beach. The house is very well located between the wild beaches and the city center. The house is quiet and well soundproofed although the neighbors are not far away, there is no opposite. Everything can easily be done easily. In a few minutes by car. I recommend

I had a lovely stay in a quiet and secure place!

We had a great time at Emmanuelle's apartment. It is conveniently located by the sea in the Bay of Agay. The apartment is as described, easy to access and has a private parking space. The instructions are very clear to access it and Emmanuelle had warned us of the presence of work before going there but this did not bother our stay at all. We recommend this listing and our host.

VERY good stay. Perfect place, close to the Dramont (my favorite place!), quiet, with sea views and sunshine. Very functional and well-equipped apartment. And Thierry is VERY nice, accommodating, and very proactive/responsive in terms of communication. Will be back!

One of the greatest price - performance Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Breathtaking view inside a huge apartment complex with a golf course, multistory parking etc. It was the perfect winter stay, I can only imagine how great it will be in the summer ✨

It's not for a winter stay but other than that the apartment was very nice, the hosts excepionally friendly and helped us as good as they could with our needs. We would recommend it for people looking for a quiet place to stay in spring/summer/autumn, there is beautiful views, walking trails and just generally lots to explore.

a home faithful to the photos in a quiet residence with lots of possible activities (tennis, football, volleyball, swimming pool...) the pool is great and not too busy the accommodation also had everything you need (towels and bath towels, soap, shampoo and everything you need to cook) a great stay!

We had a great time in Laure's cottage, we particularly enjoyed the very comfortable bedding and quality bed linen, as well as being able to enjoy the pool quite close to the cottage at will. Very nice house located in a private park with small lake , pleasant pool, tennis , very shaded , The house is charming inside it is completely renovated and air-conditioned , in early August it's very nice , very well equipped , there is nothing missing for the comfort of a stay in the south east, its exterior is overlooked and rather quiet , we enjoyed the barbecue and the lovely evenings on the terrace Also we enjoyed the very beautiful area but also the activities of the park with the pool and tennis. Thank you!!!

Great spot with children , walking activity 5 minutes from the villa . Pool , football, basketball, ping pong a magnificent pond in the center of the estate with carp and ducks . The accommodation is great with 3 large bedrooms including 2 with private bathrooms . 3 wc and the divine air conditioning🙌🙌🙌🙌. Weber electric barbecue, wooded garden terrace, caroline is adorable and always available . We'll be back again ♥️

Very charming and cozy accommodation, we had a pleasant stay and the residence is peaceful. The pools and other activities in the residence are very nice. Flore was very available and responsive. She even managed to find a crib for our baby. Thanks to her for her kindness.
