Large and comfortable house, very close to our work location (event on the CAPRA), original and amazing decoration, and a very friendly and responsive host, I highly recommend it!

This is our second year coming to this home and we were still delighted.

We had a fantastic stay, too bad about the insects present but the host can't help it. Although it has a whole range of ready in the cottage to help the guests out of necessity! A fantastic host, always ready with advice and action and always quick to respond. For us, this was great!

Thoughtful and caring host! Answered all our questions, requests and even gave us the store addresses we needed before we even arrived. Being visiting for 4 nights for a wedding, Sonia left us the accommodation earlier because it was free that day! What a delicate attention that allowed us to rest after a night on the road. The accommodation is clean and functional, the pool is well protected for the little ones. Having two night spaces in the house allows you to have privacy when you are two families! (See three spaces if we count the studio). The amenities of the house are very good for us to have a pleasant stay in Sonia's house.

We have had an amazingly lovely holiday in Montmirat. The house is exceptionally charming and decorated with good taste. It's spacious with room for a big family. Both the pool area and the terrace are cozy and shaded. We drove to Nimes on a day trip a few times, which is recommended. Laurie and her family have made us feel welcome. We'll send our top recommendations.

The host is attentive and responsive. The accommodation is ideally located, just opposite the pedestrian area and not far from the Place aux Herbes, you will find many restaurants nearby. It is clean, bright, well arranged, functional and very cozy. The proposed parking is ideal because parking in the area is not free and depending on the day, it's hard to find. I would recommend it in a second.

We rented the independent apartment Le Nicolas for the needs of one of our customers, she was delighted with her stay! Communication in advance and during the stay was perfect and very responsive. This is a fantastic, unique and classic apartment in Nimes. Patrice is a superb host who met us at the door to show us inside and explain how everything worked, places to visit and recommended restaurants. The apartment is filled with art work which he has collected and you feel immediately at home. The apartment is close to sights and restaurants and everything is easily walkable. Patrice was very attentive, kept in contact throughout our stay and, on our departure, came up to collect the keys and made sure we had enjoyed our holiday. This is an outstanding Airbnb and Patrice is a well-deserved Superhost. We cannot recommend him and his apartment enough! Thank you Patrice!

We had a pleasant stay at Christine's place. The apartment is comfortable, ideally furnished, equipped and located to explore the area. The garden allows you to enjoy a sunny exterior at the end of the day. Note the great kindness of our host. I would highly recommend it!

Lovely little apartment. Fresh at this time of year but well equipped with heating and air conditioning. Small downside, very weak internet network.... Monique is very accommodating.

A magnificent welcome from Thierry who is the concierge, his accompaniment on arrival and departure during this stay really makes the difference and made my stay more than pleasant, I will come back without hesitation!

Thomas was very accommodating and was very accommodating and quick to respond to my questions and requests. The place was clean, especially the kitchen and utensils. It was a very comfortable place to stay. There were many big grocery stores nearby, so it was convenient to shop, and parking was very easy. The apartment is in a great location in a pleasant setting, offering easy access to Nîmes.
