Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Clément-de-Rivière

Our stay with Susan was an amazing experience. Susan received us in the best way possible in her beautiful appartment which has all the necessities and even a little private garden. We had several bikes available for us to go around and peaceful surroundings which was highly appreciated. Still, the appartment is close to everything, which makes it a perfect match for us. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Very nice night in Valerie's very cozy and clean accommodation. Located on a quiet street, spacious accommodation with 2 beautiful bedrooms and a large, well-equipped and very well decorated living space. This space invites you to rest and zen. Small bonus with the small outdoor space that we unfortunately couldn't enjoy given the weather. Self access with the lock box is a plus. Valerie is available and was attentive to our safe arrival and installation. The village is very picturesque and we are minutes away from Palavas les Flots and Sète. We'll be back with pleasure if we have a chance.

Highly recommended! Very nice and cosy apartment to relax and enjoy your holidays. It was very clean, and beds are very confortable. The bonus is the safe parking space and the super central location. Chloe is also very kind and helpful. We had an excellent stay!

Lovely apartment in a great neighbourhood with bars, restaurants and dhops all within easy walking distance, and close to the trams. Virginie was very helpful and responded immediately to all requests, including extra keys and parking 😀

Katarina and Lars' apartment is very nice, completely renovated and in all respects as described . The view of the pond of Thau is superb and the terrace is nice to watch the sunset. We spent the new year week there and enjoyed the small village of Bouzigues which has a lot of charm. Free parking is also appreciated as long as you avoid restaurant schedules where it can be a little more difficult to find space. In conclusion, it's difficult to be disappointed with this stay and we will gladly go back Sarah and Jean Marc

Marion is a very friendly and accommodating host. The accommodation was perfect for us 5 : 2 adults, 2 children and a baby (bed and high chair available). However, I do not recommend it for more travelers because the clic clac is very small. The accommodation is very clean and well decorated. Everything you need is available. The beach is about 10 minutes' walk away. I would highly recommend it!

We had a great stay, functional accommodation and clean terrace with gazebo and barbecue. And really Nicole was able to welcome us with open arms and always available when needed really a great stay very much next year to come back

The place was spacious and very well located. The few steps to the beach were our absolute highlight. The kitchen is very large and well equipped. Communication also went smoothly and Melanie made sure we didn't miss anything after we checked in very spontaneously. We'll be back for sure!

Patricia and Luc are very welcoming and responsive. Communication with them went very well. The accommodation is like new, and we greatly appreciated the air conditioning and the enclosed garden and in the shade of the olive trees. Great plus for us: that hosts accept dogs. The studio is well located for discovering the Herault.

We had a wonderful stay at Thibaud's villa. The house is beautiful, clean and very well-equipped. The location is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Thibaud is a very welcoming and responsive host.

We slept 2 nights with 2 couples in the accommodation. The only downside is that the bathroom with the toilets are in the extension of a bedroom. Nothing to say, everything was as described. Quentin and Marion are very responsive.

Excellent stay at Patrick's for my daughter and her 2 friends. The studio is very well located to do everything on foot, in the marina square, with all the shops, restaurants and the market at the foot of the building, the beach nearby. Very quiet on the top floor with a beautiful view and a patio out of sight very pleasant. Double exposure and fan to make a draught to cool the atmosphere. The studio is even better than in the photos and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Patrick was very welcoming and considerate, cared about their good installation and made sure everything was okay. He gave them a lot of practical information about Carnon and even brought them very kindly to Montpellier train station on the last day to avoid public transport. In short, this home is a small pearl at a very reasonable rate!

no lockbox, a human (concierge) gave us the keys upon arrival and departure we returned the keys to other humans (owner) and it's rare and great! clean apartment, well-equipped, parking space a few steps from the entrance to the building which is a short walk from the entrance to the residence, the best! now places the default: no choice to return the keys...

Celine is available, flexible and responsive. The accommodation is in new condition close to the port and the main ones. Parking and secure building. Celine is present at checkout and on arrival. Great human connection, a pleasure!

This is a beautiful apartment, well furnished and gorgeous outdoor area with a pool. Unfortunately the weather was not too good while we were there so we didn’t get to use it as much as we would have liked. The town is very peaceful and easy to walk around. There is a small grocery that you can pick up a few basics close by. Everything was extremely clean and the furniture very comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return. Communication was excellent! Thank you Thomasina!
