We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. Close to the sea and cosy for a family of four, very well equipped and really useful to have private parking.

The place is spotless. Cleanliness is ensured. From the apartment everything is within walking distance. Private parking is a significant plus and finally Gary is very nice and accommodating for check-in as well as check-out. Thank you everything was perfect, I highly recommend the accommodation.

We had a pleasant stay at Florian's. The house is new, pleasant and well placed enough to visit the Caen Memorial and the landing beaches. Small precision on the other hand, located on the edge of the departmental, the house is not the most suitable for enjoying the outdoors, especially for children because there is no gate. That said, for a short trip it didn't bother us too much. We would recommend this listing.

I’m actually stuck for words on what to say about Delphine. It was like going back to your parents and your parental home and when someone asks you “how good were your parents and what did they do?” It feels like they did absolutely nothing. They are just there. Like turning the tap on and water pours out. It just happens and you take all the hard work of water management, purification, infrastructure etc, all for granted. Delphine was just there! Thank you Delphine.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Perfectly located accommodation, minutes from the beach on foot. The sea view is lovely. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with all the necessities (there is even a booster seat and a step-stool for children!). Thanks to Audrey for her smile and hosting us. We had a lovely stay!
