60 square meters, air-conditioned. Located between the sea and the Cevennes 5 minutes from Sommieres 30 minutes from the large mound and 30 minutes from Nimes and Montpellier. The house is composed of a kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. A terrace of 35 square meters overlooking the countryside where you will discover our animals as well as the pool, the boulodrome with its space of relaxation and shade. Fully renovated, this modern loft consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed in 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with fireplace and overlooking a large private terrace closed and not opposite. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and fire pit We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.
