Ideal place to get to work - beautiful location, friendly locals, will definitely be back

We had a wondeful weekend in Edinburgh and the apartment did not disappoint. The location is ideal, close enough to the main sites, but still private and quiet. Paul left some essentials in the apartment, which was much appreciated. The apartment felt bigger than on the pictures and had great touches, from original features to modernised fixtures.

Had fantastic time in Lisa's flat even with Storm Eowyn keeping us indoors on the Friday. This is the second time I have booked it the first being for my son, daughter & son-in-law for my father's funeral. This time it was for my sister and myself. Can't complement it enough and its a lovely place to stay between Greenock and Gourock. We will use it the next time we visit Scotland.

This was an amazing place for us to stay as an extended family. There were nine of us, plus two dogs, and we rented the Doocot and the Lodge in the grounds. It is located right up in the hills and was blissfully remote yet easily accessible to the A90 to Perth and Dundee. The house itself was very comfortable and exactly as described. The sitting room was amazing with its enormously high ceilings, plenty of squishy sofas and a piano. There was also a Smart TV. For us, the best feature was the enormous dining table which easily seated us all and could have taken several other people too. We had lovely meals together all round the table. It was really memorable. The bathrooms were clean and new. The roll top bath was lovely and super to soak in. Check in, host communications etc were all super easy and they even helped us to have a hot tub ready for our arrival from Fife Hot Tub Hire. All in all, would highly recommend to people looking for a comfortable break away in the hills.

It was an absolutely lovely place, super clean and modern! It's at a great location, close to the cathedral and at a quick walking distance from the train station. It was somewhat cold when we visited Dunblane, but it this place was very warm and cozy. I can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dunblane! And what beautiful place Dunblane is! Thank you Jo!

Loved our stay in the cabin. We were so lucky with the weather so we’re out and about a lot but the cabin was a lovely place to come back too. Gardens were beautiful and loads of lovely wildlife. Would highly recommend.

First class accommodation. Cottage was spacious and spotless! Host met us at the property, showed us round and passed on lots of local recommendations. We took advantage of the Romanian wine recommendation- it was lovely!! Will definitely be back!!

The place was great and surrounded with good restaurants and coffee shops. was the perfect place to stay as we went to the zoo and the buses were just round the corner. Definitely recommended for anyone staying in Edinburgh.

We had an amazing time at Mark’s place! From the well described check - in details to the complimetary snacks and drinks that Mark provides for you - this place really is special! It feels like a home away from home and it was nice to bring our dog with us as well! The hot tub was excellent and really added to our experience as well as the darts board and ping pong table. Mark and James go above and beyond for their guests. They recommended local places for us to visit including the Fettykill Fox which is at the end of the road and serve lovely food and drinks. Mark provided beers, ciders, juices, snacks, dog treats and many other items complimentary for us! The hairdryer and straighteners were an amazing addition as well for my partner! Don’t hesitate to book this place! Thanks again for everything Mark & James!
