Catherine deserves 5* all the way. Cleanliness, equipment, location, tranquility, her apartment is very nice. Catherine is very responsive, every text message has her response within minutes. Catherine is also super organized, she has dotted the apartment with cleverly placed papers, they answer all your questions where you ask yourself them. We were in Saint Jean for 3 days of escape, a successful escape thanks to the unexpected weather at that time and the comfort found at Catherine's. The apartment is beautiful, the views are simply superb. Very well equipped apartment, absolutely nothing is missing. Just a somewhat capricious key box, but a text message exchange made it possible to find a solution. In the end, a great stay in a very welcoming family-friendly resort.

Pleasant accommodation. Quiet. beach and shops 100 meters from the accommodation. (Bakery, creperie, pizzeria, grocery store, butcher and restaurants) Parking for a car in front of the property. Good bedding.

Beautiful and very pleasant house. Everything was great, the bedding, the amenities, the location and the calm. And Marie Christine was very thoughtful (decorated fir tree and well heated house for our arrival). We highly recommend this rental!

A very nice rental to start the year 2025 with friends. 300 m from a pool where we were able to stock up on seafood and other, hummmm... Beautiful walks along the coast. By car, close to Noirmoutier where we also had a good day. To be repeated. Best regards

The stay at Steeve's place was perfect. Easy to check-in and Chek-out. The kitchen is very well equipped and the neighbourhood very pleasant.

A great weekend with friends in the accommodation, very well located by the sea, very well equipped and spacious! The couch is super nice to meet with friends around the table and the veranda is perfect for quietly eating all around the table!

Super pleasant accommodation: bright, spacious, functional, well isolated, quiet, in a great environment. And Joëlle is a great host who makes sure her tenants are well settled: basic products provided for a simple check-in (garbage bags, shower gel, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc.); accommodating in terms of schedules. The accommodation is ideally located with its shops nearby and great walks on the beaches within walking distance. We had a wonderful week at Paul's place. We were warmly welcomed by her friend Françoise, who was very kind and accommodating. The house is very nice and well equipped, with cooking utensils, books, games ... you feel at home! Special mention to available bikes:) Thanks again!

Great location, close to restaurants, stores, l'île Penotte and a 5 minute-walk to the Halles market. 8 minute-walk from the train station. Laurent and Alice were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The views are incredible and well worth climbing 4 floors without an elevator. The kitchen is very functional. The bedding is excellent. Very pleasant stay, though it would have been nice to have basic staples like oil/vinagre and towels. I would definitely come back.

Pleasant stay, with a well appointed apartment that immediately overlooks the sea (even if it is in mezzanine) and which is on the edge of the unpaid parking area.
