Very accessible accommodation within walking distance of the train station. It's spacious and convenient for a family. Nathan's welcome and availability was excellent, I would recommend it.

MARIE's place is ULTRA functional ... the location is ideal for a trip to the city center, you can do anything on foot it's nice!! The bedding is perfect and comfortable and everything is there for a pleasant stay. Would recommend 100%

Michel was very available and helpful while remaining discreet. The space, certainly small but intelligently arranged, allowed me to have a comfortable stay. The garden, perfectly maintained, is a plus in an otherwise very urbanized area. The accommodation allows easy access to the Jules Verne clinic, various shops, public transport as well as the Beaujoire stadium. In short, nothing to say!

We were pleasantly surprised by the speed of communication, and conviviality of our host. The place is comfortable, clean, and easy to access, and it was consistent with the fact that we were going to the Zenith and it was 6 minutes away by car. We appreciated the attention our host had left for our arrival. I recommend if you go to this part of Nantes do not hesitate to rent Frédéric's place. And we're happy to come back to his place.

What can I say except that Gérard and his apartment are great!! Gérard is very responsive, accommodating and has good advice. Her apartment is in a great location, the view of the island's machines is breathtaking, and the hot tub rooftop terrace🤩.

We spent a weekend there. Audrey is very welcoming, the instructions are clear and she is very responsive. The accommodation is very clean, there are all the necessities and even little extras (board games..). We were greeted with a bottle of champagne, chocolate, and a beautiful breakfast tray. The hot tub is spacious with and well-equipped. I would recommned this property You'll have a really good time there 😊
