We had a wonderful week in Noirmoutier-d’Île. The house is a much loved family holiday home and is very charming. Thank you for the lovely bottle of local wine. We loved having the beach opposite and the garden and terrace to enjoy in the sun. Thank you!

If it's available, book it! Such a great place to stay! Perfect location, the sun sets were amazing! Clean, well kept little house. Spacious, and well equipped. Nice bedrooms and great shower room. Ideal, enclosed outside space with plenty of shade. Definitely recommend staying there!

Great stay - we definitely recommend the place!

Valentin's place is very nice and very well located. The garden is enough for lunch and dinner to the family. Both houses maintain some privacy between two families. Finally, the "child" room is perfect for creating good memories. Regarding the location, we were able to enjoy the proximity, on foot, to the bakery and thus have fresh bread every day:-). The beach, shops but also the city center of La Tranche sur mer are accessible by bike. Finally, we were very well received and communication with the owner was efficient. In short, we highly recommend this listing:-)

Very nice accommodation and very clean. The washing machine is a big plus when traveling with a baby!!! The accommodation is really well appointed, large fridge, oven, impeccable bathroom, tv + google app, an exterior with table, chairs and umbrellas... in short, everything is there for a great stay! The hosts are super nice!! we really recommend this place!!!

We had a pleasant stay in this spacious and clean apartment. Michael was very welcoming and friendly, however it is important not to park in the driveway to avoid any problems with the neighbors. The location close to the beach and the charming port of Herbaudière was an undeniable asset. We recommend this listing for families or groups of friends.

Frédéric's apartment is ideally located with a superb view of the sea and the harbor. The terrace is well exposed and sheltered from the prevailing winds, we had lunch in the sun at noon on December 23rd...! The equipment is enough for this type of accommodation, nothing to repeat. The cabin is indeed very narrow, large and/or large people will hardly be able to wash themselves. The bottom bed of 140 cm in the bedroom is inconvenient, insufficient height to sit down to read, entry and exit a little acrobatic and ladder flush with the head... That said, we had a nice stay and communication with Frédéric was always clear and cordial.

Property in a good location and very well-equipped. Great for the group with kids we were. The hosting and communication was very good. You can book without a second thought.

No unpleasant surprises upon arrival, the apartment totally matches the description. A very clean apartment, small touches for our arrival, everything to welcome tenants and very good contact throughout the stay with Heidie. I really recommend this place. A truly amazing and well thought out villa worked really well for our recent holiday! The rooms were lovely and spacious and the outside space was amazing! Perfect for our 3 families and children. The location of the house provided us with access to the local beaches and really enjoyed the evening stroll/ bike ride into the main town where we enjoyed meals out in the restaurants. The pool was outstanding for both adults and children and provided hours of fun! Wouldn’t hesitate to return for another holiday.

Thanks to Romain and Kathleen for hosting us. We had a great weekend with friends in the countryside in this very well equipped house. The hot tub and heated pool were a real plus! Beautiful atmosphere in the living room with its billiards and jukebox. Thanks again, Christophe and Stéphanie

A very very warm welcome, we felt comfortable right away We are extremely satisfied with our stay in this rental where nothing is lacking everything is done with taste it is bright spacious a foosball table that took us back to our youth FOkKO is very attentive, available, kind, responsive, really an unforgettable stay in a beautiful villa.
