Our stay at Nanyamka’s place was really nice. She was kind, proactive about things like power outages, and helpful. The unit is new with lots of indoor space. Other reviewers mentioned that the interior is dark—it is true that there is not a lot of natural light (all windows do look out onto a rock wall or storage space), but we weren’t there during the day, so it was fine for us. There are amazing beaches not that far away so we spent our daylight hours there! The exterior has a separate and shared porch with amazing views. There were a few amenities we needed to purchase like dish soap, toilet paper, cooking oil, and Cascade, but we used them during our week-long stay, so it was worth it. Like other guests, I cannot recommend strongly enough renting a car—we got a Jeep and are so glad we did. It is a bit remote. We are not used to such steep roads, sharp curves, and avoiding huge potholes, so the Jeep made our whole stay on this island so much easier and safer-feeling.

We loved this condo. Well appointed kitchen including a dishwasher and all the appliances you could ask for. Washer and dryer were very useful after a day at the beach . Everything was so close that we didn’t feel we needed a car (even tho you get a dedicated parking space). Shared taxis to the beaches are just 5 mins walk away. We appreciated use of the included beach chairs which were easy to carry on trips .

This place is GORGEOUS! I would definitely come back just to stay here again. The host were AMAZING as well

Thank you for letting us stay at your place I like the location and area is beautiful and beautiful views. I think the home looks better in person in the inside than the pictures in my opinion. The place inside is really nicely decorated and decor I love to stay again.

This was our second stay at Rockroom and it will not be our last. The location is prime, the unit is huge, perfect for the 2 of us, and the kitchen is very well stocked. We go during off-season, so even though the clubhouse isn’t ‘open’, we could still use the exercise room that had all new equipment and great A/C. When we had a problem with the one of the two A/C units in our condo (on the weekend, of course) David was quick to respond and had it fixed ASAP. We stayed nice and cool for our entire stay. Two bathrooms are a plus, and the bed is very comfy. Thanks, David, for another great stay!

WOW!! Honestly we've stayed in many airbnbs but Sharon's place topped the charts!! Not only because of the beautiful location in STT, the space felt palatial and almost luxurious, the furniture was beautiful and all the signed local art work, the online photos are nice but the condo in person is so much better!! The giant balcony and views are hard to beat, really the view day & night was unbeatable. The gardens and grounds of Cowpet Bay West are gorgeous and lush and the space feels so secluded and private. The beach was huge are gorgeous and the water was sooooo nice and inviting. Caribbean Fish Market was much better than I expected, guest come from all over to dine there and it's literally right on property, get the surf & turf! Sharon was amazing, feels like we texted from a friend.. I'm already trying to get my friend to book!! Thank you again for sharing this space with us// xx

This condo was delightful-just as advertised. It was clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the large patio with views of the bay. The condo community was quiet and well maintained. Overall very enjoyable stay!

GREAT condo! Spacious bedrooms with three good sized bathrooms. Good sized living room with bonus seating area in the upstairs area. The balcony was lovely to sit out on in the mornings and after a long day of adventuring. Her kitchen has all the supplies for cooking and the condo is close to a smallish grocery story (Mo's) which had prepared food too. You can look up the condos on google maps, so it was easy to get to. Her instructions for entering were easy and clear. The location was close to Meghan's Bay, Lindquist Bay, and Even Sapphire Village Resort if you want a nice beach and bumming vibe. You can easily drive to Red Hook little district with the grocery, a couple of shops, the ferry, and restaurants. The pool was lovely! The beach wasn't somewhere you'd want to swim. If you want to sit on the sand and enjoy the view, great! We'd highly recommend this space and if we come back will use it again!

Great place our 6th stay in STT as we have family here. Definitely th easiest check out we've had just turn off stuff and leave. Awesome communication always lande sure we were good. Would definitely stay here again..

Amazing place. We have been to St John many times. This was the best and a fantastic location. We will definitely be back.

lovely little villa, so peaceful, very private, even the outdoor shower is very cool. This is a great area to stay, close proximity to Spanish town, or an easy 15-20 minutes to the north sound area. We enjoyed hanging at the beach right at the villa (steps to get down). the pool was small, but clean, the patio overlooked beautiful Nail Bay. We enjoyed leaving the patio open to hear the waves all night, very safe island as well! The host was very helpful, we were able to get groceries delivered right to our villa before we arrived, very helpful if you arrive in the dark. Virgin Gorda is a natural, lovely island!

Second time we stayed here, and our visit was just as enjoyable. Excellent response time and very friendly host. Loved the views and pool. Extremely quiet area, but close to everything.

Our stay was amazing! Everything was as described and K was an excellent host!! The pictures don’t do justice to the beautiful view of the place. Very private location, but it’s still close to everything. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a better host! Highly recommended 10/10

Excellent experience! They stayed in touch on the day of travel. Helped us with arranging transportation. We were met at the villa upon arrival and showed around the property. The house is spotless and beautiful! THE VIEWS!!! The house had everything we needed. There is a shared pool but even more helpful was the chef in the pool house! Having access to food and drinks made the stay even more enjoyable. This property is not walkable to anything but it's worth it!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Been to St. John several times and these accommodations were the best yet - will stay again! Amazing view of Cruz Bay, too. Marble floors, custom kitchen with plenty of utensils and whatnot for cooking, even a grill. The continental breakfast in the morning was a lifesaver and Cathy, the server was personal and very cheery. Maintenance had a malfunctioning AC unit fixed in just a few hours. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a luxury stay in St. John. We’ll be back next December!

There's not much to add as a review of Nick's wonderful home that hasn't been said already. We just spent 10 days there for the third year in a row, and this is our third review. Because of the 4 king bed rooms (two on each side of the center living area), his place can certainly accommodate four couples with plenty of privacy (our trips have been just my wife and myself), each bedroom and a number of outdoor dining and relaxing spots all having world class views of the Carribean from about 200 feet above the sea. Being right above a nice beach provides a constant sound of waves hitting the beach that adds to the ambience of the villa. The villa is well equipped (we cooked every meal there), clean and comfortable. Has WiFi and TV's for those who need or want Internet access and entetainment. Nick (the owner) and Jon and Jude (the on island management team) are terrific people and very accommodating. We hope to be back again to our personal favorite vacation spot on the planet.
