Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint-Julien-des-Landes

The listing was as described, nothing to repeat. Clean and functional. Very well-equipped. We did not spend much time in the accommodation but the little was very nice. It is ideally placed for a vacation or a weekend by the sea!

A perfect stay in a perfectly located duplex! We had the pleasure of staying in this duplex, and I can only recommend it! The location is just perfect: everything is within walking distance, and for those coming by car, guarded parking is available within 100 meters (we paid less than €18 for 7pm presence). The apartment is well equipped, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bedding is of quality, guaranteeing a restful night. a small downside on the uncomfortable sofa but it's still a detail. The welcome booklet is particularly well thought out, offering all the useful information to fully enjoy the stay. Finally, a huge thank you to Victorien, a caring and responsive host, always available to answer questions and make sure everything goes smoothly. A great choice for a carefree stay!

We had a great weekend at Laurent's place with our 2-year-old son. The beach is a few meters walk away, you can hear it from the garden it's really very pleasant. the accommodation is functional and well-equipped. the environment is quiet and very pleasant. Laurent is responsive and friendly. We'll be back!

We had a great time in this beautiful region. The setting of the accommodation is very pleasant and relaxing. The various activities available are numerous and easy to access. Regarding the accommodation, it is very nice and spacious. Finally Mireille is a very friendly host who gave us a lot of good information on our arrival to fully enjoy our stay and enjoy her region. We recommend the accommodation but even more so our host... we'll keep the place in mind if we return to this beautiful region.

Perfectly located accommodation. Exceptional view. The apartment was clean, spacious, with two well-appointed bedrooms. Linens are not included. Make your own arrangements. Communication with Arthur was very good.

This is the second time my spouse and I have been staying at this Airbnb. The space is always spotlessly clean and welcoming. It is in a private and very quiet residence. I highly recommend this listing, it is always with a smile that we arrive at the accommodation which is very pleasant. Breakfast is always present and the owners are responsive and clear in terms of messages and instructions.

Alexandre is a super welcoming host, very friendly ,available at our request and above all very attentive. The apartment is GREAT!Functional,modern ,very well equipped ,nickel, spacious because very well thought out. It is in a very quiet residence while being very close to quality local shops and of course on the sea at the end of the street three minutes away. I recommend a thousand percent this cozy little nest that has super comfortable bedding and a spacious and very well arranged bathroom with a large and very pleasant shower. Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

Perfect for the beach vacation The house is located directly behind the dunes and is close to the town center, where you can buy everything. You don't need a car to get maximum relaxation. We'll be more than happy to return next time!

We had the chance to rent this house at the last minute. Martin is very responsive and accessible. The place is quiet and there are many bike paths nearby that allow you to go into town or to the sea. The house is pleasant, clean and very well-equipped. It's a real Airbnb, like a home that friends would have lent you. There are all the basics in the kitchen cabinets, both from an equipment point of view, and from the point of view of basic foods (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, flour,...). There is a lot of what you need too like bath towels, kitchen towels, soaps... There is a Nespresso coffee maker and a percolator. We felt comfortable with 6 people but it seems narrow for eight. A quick note for the bedroom with twin beds upstairs: the mattresses are thin, so rather for children. The other 3 bedrooms are very large and the bedding is good. A very pleasant winter stay, a beautiful discovery of the region. The welcome by Corinne's parents was cordial, very punctual and efficient. The apartment is cozy and has superb views of the sea and sunset, as well as direct access to the seafront promenade.
