The independant flat is located on the first and last floor, adjacent to the main house but with a private entrance. Green and peaceful setting in a large garden : beautiful view of the countryside. Flat : new furnishings, dish ware and bedding. Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. Cot for baby or young child. Garden : table, chairs, long-chairs, electric barbecue. 2 new bicycles.

In the valley of the Vire , a haven of peace at the foot of the rocks of Ham, on the banks of the Vire, Chemin de Halage. No opposite except for two mares called Badiou and Saida. Inside, you have all the equipment, just like at home. At 5kms, from the center of Condé sur Vire, you have all the shops. 3/4 of hours from sandy beaches, 3/4 hours from Mont St Michel. 1 hour from Saint Malo, 3/4h from the landing beaches. At the foot of the cottage, you have a 1h45 walk in the rocks .
