Small apartment in a super central location, within a courtyard and therefore without a view of the sea, but very convenient for all services. I emphasize the extreme cleanliness, organization and order of the apartment, which is not obvious. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short stay, the apartment is in great condition, all the decor, bathroom included, is new.

Amazing location right in the heart of old town and close to everything including great restaurants. Host was very communicative and provided advanced warning of any issues. Early check-in was provided which we appreciated greatly! Thanks again Hanna.

I highly recommend it! It's the perfect location, literally one minute from the Promenade des Anglais. The building itself is a magnificent piece of architecture. Linda is a wonderful host. I don't think I've ever been welcomed so warmly. Thank you once again, and I can't wait to come back soon!

Boris was an excellent host, he was there to welcome us short us around and gave us a full information on how to best use the apartment and take advantage of everything there is to do in Monaco. Not only that, but upon our arrival there were espresso, pods, Milk in the fridge, still in sparkling water, a fruit platter and even champagne waiting for us. Staying with Boris was truly a spotless experience.

We had a great time. Great view over the bay. Lots of sun while drinking coffee in the morning. Spacious apartment for 4 persons. Host very nice.

Perfect location for exploring the city. Easy walk to restaurants, the beach, and a large playground. Super convenient to the tram line from the airport. We had an excellent visit with friends and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

Communication with Nicolas and then Anthony was very good. The apartment is very well located and spacious. It is well equipped, functional and very quiet. We opted for Anthony's proposal to rent a nearby parking lot and it was very convenient. We were very pleased with our stay.

I stayed at Francois’s place few times. Always great to come back. The place is very enjoyable on the 7th floor with a lot of light and balcony with nice view of the city. The small kitchen has all you need to make breakfast (2 different coffee machines). The double bed/sofa is comfortable for one person or a young couple. Highly recommended place in a great location 10 min walk to beach.

Thank you Eric for a wonderful stay. We used Nice as our base and travelled daily to the surrounding towns. 15 minute walk to the train station , made it super accessible. As well, as a short walk to the beach and old town. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. We look forward to returning!

Everything is perfect, an unforgettable stay

A superb comfortable apartment (washing machine and dishes) next to Place Massena, very well located and yet quiet because overlooking an inner courtyard. We spent 4 nights, we really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and nicely decorated apartment, not to mention the jaccuzi which is a plus!! We'll be happy to go back!! the hosts are very responsive, in short a beautiful address in Nice!!

The apartment was gorgeous and very clean. It was well suited to our needs. Communication with Catherine was excellent. Catherine provided toys for our kids and parking for our minibus. Highly recommend!
