Julien's apartment was exactly as expected with such beautiful views of the mountains as a bonus. Communication from Julien was super effective. Our stay was in winter but I would recommend all year round.

Excellent apartment Great location and great view

Super place! I would stay again in a heartbeat! Very close to the train station, Gornergrat, and the center of town, yet very quiet. It was a very clean, comfortable space. Loved having slippers, a robe and a hairdryer provided, and use of the wash machine/dryer was a lifesaver for us. She even left washing soap for us since I asked about it before arriving! I had lots of questions before arriving and she was always very quick, thorough, and helpful when responding. The building is tucked in tightly between other buildings so it not like you will have grand views, but you can see the top of the Matterhorn from one window at the the right angle. But since we were there to ski, a great view would have been icing on the cake, but wasn't terribly important to us. The ease and convenience of the location (and the comfort) more than made up for it.

Great place with amazing views and convenient location close to a bus stop, grocery store, and restaurants. Host was super helpful with video instructions on how to find everything and good recommendations.

Hello, first of all, I would like to thank Martin, who was great with us and he was friendly and helpful, and he was also cooperative, as he met our desires faster than lightning. Secondly, the place itself is beautiful for the dimension of a panoramic view of the magnificent Adelbodine Mountains. We really pleased everything as it was in the pictures, as well as everything like what we expected, and more than that, really, I will come back again I recommend it and even insist on it while you close your eyes because you will be amazed at the beauty of the treatment and the place Thanks again, Martin, you're the best. 👍🏻👍🏻

As others have said before the pictures do not do this place justice! We wished we had time to have stayed longer - the sauna was especially lovely. There was lots of space, the bed was comfortable, and the location perfect for exploring all the valleys. Would definitely recommend!

Tastefully decorated, warm and very well-equipped accommodation (lots of utensils available). Impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable bed. My friends and I stayed at Fabrice's place for four days. Very lovingly furnished, you immediately feel at home. It was even BETTER than the photos show. Fabrice was very helpful, accommodating and flexible. We were allowed to check in a little earlier and check out a little later, which is not a given. Fabrice also understood the broken mirror (we're really sorry). I recommend it to everyone and will be happy to come back!

My first stay in Zermatt and what a wonderful host ! Tina did assist me with whatever question being posed to her and her response were very helpful . The amenities in her household were as good or even better than our own home . What else can w say , as , my family members were left fully satisfied with whatever being provided to us . Ideally located apartment, perfect for families with its direct access to the beginner's slopes and the nearby Sport Arena. Well equipped, it offers all the comforts you need, and its south facing terrace is a real asset to enjoy the sun.

Such an amazing place right in the town centre and next to the main lift. There is a wonderful view from the apartment. Lots of space, very comfortable. The place was well kept and Kim was so helpful in picking us up and dropping back to the station with our cases (even though it was only a short walk). Great memories, thank you!

This was our second time in Philippe’s place and this time around we felt even more comfortable than before. The kitchen has been massively upgraded with state of the art hobs etc. There was a hiccup with our stay as it sometimes happens to which Philippe attended to. We really enjoyed our stay at Crans Montana and it felt like home away from home.

Great accommodation, the photos are clear about that. Spacious kitchen is enjoyable. Everything is clean. Contact is (largely) via chat and is fine. Location is close to station and very convenient. If you sleep on the loft it is hot there (logical), the street has a lot of traffic.
