We loved Rodica’s apartment for its location, convenience and the beautiful patio. Paul and Rodica were amazing host and we can’t wait to come back next year.

First of all, thank you to our host for his kindness and availability. The plus: parking is available in the basement which, for an apartment in the city center, is very valuable. the location of the property is exceptional with a large terrace facing the sea where you can have meals. The city center is a 5-minute walk away and old Menton is a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is very functional and well-equipped.

We had a lovely stay in Florences's beautiful apartment. It is very conveniently located The apartment complex is very clean and tidy and we enjoyed the tennis courts and swimming pool.

A great apartment with everything you need. A balcony for breakfast in the sun, music runs in the bathroom when you turn on the lights. The bus goes directly into town and you can walk to the beach restaurants! Just great and we'll be back.

The stay was excellent! The accommodation was clean, well equipped, and especially close to the beach and train station😄!!!Séverine is very responsive! Thank you for the drinks when I arrived, with this heat it was perfect! I felt safe and this is also an important point!!I would definitely stay here again!!!

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Impeccably styled with so much character, making for a very special stay. The kind of house that feels like it tells a story. The house is extremely spacious, with comfortable beds (cozy pillows and duvets), a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful dining room overlooking the Alpes-Maritimes, which would easily be at home on the pages of a design magazine. Tasteful decoration, lots of space and very much a home. Thank you for a beautiful week. We’re looking forward to renting this again with some friends.

Peaceful, clean accommodation located in a pretty village close to the sea but also to the mountain. Lots of amenities and decent bedding... everything I was looking for for a lovely vacation! Thank you Françoise

It was a wonderful place, super clean, spacious and well decorated. Corinne was also friendly and very flexible in check in and check out. The views on the surrounding hills are nice too. With a small child walking to the beach or the centre is a bit far so then using a car is better.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

We had a great time at Maike's place. The walk to town and the beach was pleasant. We were close to the train station and options for the bus.

A good three-day stay for the New Year to get a change of scenery. Annie was responsive to messages and provided the right information. Clean and tastefully decorated home that accepts dogs! A few quick tips: A blackout curtain for the front door would certainly be appreciated, Maybe an extra frying pan and saucepan if you host families. Thanks anyway! If we come back to the area we'll keep your address.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

We had a great weekend in Mylene's apartment. It was clean, cozy and comfortable and it was easy to relax there. The location is perfect with walking distance to everything in Nice. Super lovely to stay so close to the sea. Mylene was nice and easy to communicate with and we were given access to the accommodation earlier which we really appreciated. Thanks Mylene!

Cécile's home is carefully decorated and perfect for a couple who love golf. The view and amenities available for this place are absolutely perfect. The host is welcoming and has great tips. Feel free to order the small board to start a vacation that you will remember fondly.

This is the perfect to stay when visiting Nice. It is right in the heart of the Old Town. Beware it is a walk up hill to reach the apartment and then another 3 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us and actually felt good after all the wonderful wine, bread, cheese, pastries and the list goes on. The view was unbelievable. I spent all of my time on the balcony with a glass of wine or a cuppa! I could not get enough. The apartment was exactly as described. Plenty of room for the two of us. The bed was so comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Our hosts were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and other information about the city. Excellent hosts. 5 minutes walk to coffee, pastries and restaurants. The seafront is 10 minutes. It is a 5 minute walk up the hill (directly from the apartment) to the Colline du Chateau (Castle Hill) with stunning views of Nice and even the snow covered Alps. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you.

The place was very convenient with its parking space and the Lidle supermarket just downstairs. We enjoyed our stay very much and the apartment is very well-equipped: electric shutters, kitchen equipment including Airfryer, washing machine/dryer etc. Perfect for a family. The accommodation is spacious and very clean. We were able to cook, do our laundry etc. and the living room TV is great and there are Netflix accounts already set up for guests in multiple languages. The decor is modern and the LED lights make the apartment even more pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!

Amazing home, exceeded our expectations. Andrea and Fredrica were so helpful, nice and flexible. The apartment was fresh and you got that little extra with everything you need in both the bathroom and kitchen as well as drinks in the fridge. Amazing service and wonderful views from the balcony!

Despite the bad weather when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that the balcony could be closed by large windows and we were able to enjoy this space and the sea view. Great welcome by Marie Hélène with some good restaurant tips that we were able to enjoy and can validate!

The place was as comfortable as my home! The view was really good, and the heating was very good. The kitchen was fully equipped with a variety of tableware, so it was nice to cook by yourself:) The garage was also accessible, pleasant, and had privacy and safety! In particular, the host was so kind that I felt good from check-in to check-out! The pool was also pleasant to use and the view is great I highly recommend this place!
