Room was as described and was ideal for my needs. The room was quite small as other reviews stated, but as I was in town for a research conference and just needed a bed, this was fine. There's a neat washer/dryer in unit, the internet was reliable, and the TV worked. The bed can easily sleep 2 but the quarters would be a bit tight for a couple, but if you're solo for a business trip or plan to spend all of your time out and about this works fine. The electric shutters work great keeping the light out. The one issue I'll highlight is that the newly installed heating/air conditioning unit didn't work reliably for most of my stay. This was fine for me since the weather was mild and Lauren was great about communicating her efforts to get it working, but if your stay is during a less temperate time of year you may want to confirm with her that the unit is working well.

the apartment is very well located, quiet but very close to the port, the beach and not far from the city center. It is spacious for a studio and has a nice terrace.

first of all, thank you to our host for his kindness and availability. The plus: a car park is available in the basement which, for an apartment in the city center, is very valuable. the location of the property is exceptional with a large terrace facing the sea where you can have meals. The city center is a 5-minute walk and the old Menton is a 15-minute walk. The apartment is very functional and well-equipped

We had a lovely stay in Florences's beautiful apartment. It is very conveniently located The apartment complex is very clean and tidy and we enjoyed the tennis courts and swimming pool.

It was my second time at Marie's apartment and I just love it. It's well arranged, feels cosy and personal, special mention to the little terrace and the round window above the bed with sea view. Marie is always responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Very well located apartment close to the city center train station and shops and beaches! Very clean: Refurbished. Large very bright and quiet living room with functional equipped kitchen. The only downside is the room on the street a little noisy despite the double glazing. But it was clearly stated in the listing.

Very cozy cottage with a big garden, nice pool and hot tub. Super nice and helpful landlords. Huge kitchen, especially well appointed! Perfect for family vacation 👌

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Impeccably styled with so much character, making for a very special stay. The kind of house that feels like it tells a story. The house is extremely spacious, with comfortable beds (cozy pillows and duvets), a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful dining room overlooking the Alpes-Maritimes, which would easily be at home on the pages of a design magazine. Tasteful decoration, lots of space and very much a home. Thank you for a beautiful week. We’re looking forward to renting this again with some friends.

Very good stay at Cindy's with 3 toddlers and 2 dogs. Pablo Picasso beach with its parking (for a fee) is very good and easy to access. Quiet residence with super nice neighbors. Very welcoming house. The air conditioning in each room is very very pleasant, especially with the high heat we had. The games for children as well as the tubular pool were a real plus too . Cindy was accommodating and attentive and always available. Super stay, really not disappointed.

We had a great time at Maike's place. The walk to town and the beach was pleasant. We were close to the train station and options for the bus.

A good three-day stay for the New Year in order to change the air. Annie was responsive to messages and gave the right information. Clean and tastefully decorated home that accepts dogs! Tips: A blackout curtain for the front door would definitely be nice, May be an extra pan and pot if you're hosting families. Thanks anyway! If we come back to the area we keep your address.

Wonderful apartment and hosts! Spent a month here with my wife and children. The apartment is spacious with loads of storage space and a fully equiped kitchen. Frank and Pascale provided all the baby equipment that we could possibly need, including toys for the girls. The whole apartment has a feel of quality about it which many apartments lack. We truly felt at home here. The house itself is situated in a lovely gated garden. It was perfectly safe for our little girl to wander around on her own and is ideal for kids’ bikes or scooters. Whilst staying here, I spent a week working. Wifi was great with comfortable desks. Mougins is a fantastic jumping off point, not as busy as Cannes and you can quickly get out of town. The 5 minute walk to the local bakery is a treat! We must also mention our brilliant hosts, Frank and Pascale. They were friendly, helpful, fantastic with the kids and genuinely interesting people that we enjoyed chatting too. They made the stay even more memorable. 

I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

This place is perfect for a trip to Nice! It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. It's steps away from the beach and is close to restaurants and cool attractions. If I were to have one critique, it would be that the curtains were sheer so it got very bright early in the morning. The host was also very responsive! You should book this place!

cécile's place is thoughtfully decorated and perfect for a couple in love with golf. The view and amenities available for this listing are absolutely perfect. The host is welcoming and has great tips. Don't hesitate to order the little board to start a vacation of which you will keep a superb memory.

A big thank you to Nicolas and his family for this great rental. The apartment was as advertised. It is very sunny, with magnificent views of the golf course and sea. There is a very quiet atmosphere in the holiday village. Excellent communication with Nicole. We'll be back, for sure!

I can write a book about this place. It was perfect in every way. First of all, the view was phenomenal each morning and night. The host was very attentive even before arriving to care about easy check-in. There were plenty of linens, supplies, dishes, and cooking utensils. Everything was carefully selected and I was impressed with the beauty of presentation. The decorations inside house is stunning. The bed is large and very very comfortable. I am very sensitive about noise. The heating sound was almost none. At night, the neighbor and surroundings were very quiet. The place is located at the top of hill. Some people wrote reviews about lots of stairs but I did not have any problems. Plenty of stores were within 5 minutes walk. Very convenient. I can’t wait to return.

The place was very convenient with its parking space and the Lidle supermarket just downstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the apartment is very well equipped: electric roller shutters, kitchen equipment including Airfryer, washing machine/dryer etc. Ideal for a family. The space is spacious and very clean. We were able to cook, do our laundry etc and the TV in the living room is large and there are the Netflix accounts already set up for guests in several languages. The decor is modern and the LED lights make the apartment even more enjoyable. We'll be happy to go back!

The apartment is beautiful and offers all the comforts possible. It is extremely clean and very well-equipped. The sea view is superb. The breakfast on the terrace was a great time. As for Andrea, he was always very responsive and of rare kindness. We will be back without hesitation.

Great apartment that is very well equipped and offers an absolute highlight with the balcony. Only the connection to Cannes is a bit complicated (especially in the evening), but the apartment can't do anything about that.
