Cottage holiday rentals in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle

We've been enjoying a few quiet days. There are different places for excursions in rural environment (lake, walks, tours....) and villages (vieux boucau, capbreton, Dax.....) not too far away. We will repeat. Very attentive and interested at all times with our stay.

The place was clean and had everything. Unfortunately the walls are very thin, but after all we had a great stay

Lodging well-equipped and quiet. well located, in a perimeter allowing us to visit the surroundings without going too many kilometers. pool and air conditioning, which was a plus to cool off at the end of the day

Carmen's house was very spacious for our two families (9 people). The play area was a big plus, the children could have a good time here. Nice swimming pool too. The kitchen was well equipped and the large terrace with barbecue was fantastic. When we asked if there was a kettle, Carmen ordered it immediately). Carmen was very helpful with tips in the area (IrriSarriLand adventure park is recommended!). The only thing we missed was an (extra) separate toilet. Sometimes a bit busy with 2 bathrooms for 9 people. All in all, we had a fantastic time!

one of the best stays we have made ... beautiful ... the house and even better than in the photos it and fully equip it nothing is missing.. the view and breathtaking .. the house is peaceful. we will come back without hesitation the owners are awesome and thoughtful. the little welcome gift was adorable we recommend 10000% if you want to spend some quiet day in a wonderful environment and a beautiful house with your eyes closed

we had 3 great weeks even if the weather was not nice, the place makes you feel good and chill. 5 minutes from the 1st beaches, on foot or bike for the Landes forests, close to the village with a small simple and efficient market on Wednesdays. Good communication with the renters of their own house. Solene, Olivier and the kids are adorable. It's a plus for the stay.

A beautiful location with plenty of space. Ohianna was lovely as she met us and led us to the property. Wished we could have had more time to see it properly but we’re travelling to Spain. Make sure you bring provisions before you get there as it is quite high up in the mountains.

quiet stay, very well located house near the beaches.m, the nearest "les.oceanides" with its very nice Soweto restaurant is less than 5 minutes by car. possibility to get there by bike without any problem. small pool in the residence just for swimming because no sunbed to relax which is a bit of a shame. We enjoyed it very much and had a great stay. the area is superb Christine is very responsive and friendly. we will be happy to come back!!! NB: do not fear insects because a lot of mosquitoes (night and day) and spiders...

The house is very cozy. Full kitchen. The beds comfortable. The bathrooms were great, the showers were great. We have had a great time. Good morning.

We stayed at Maria's place for a week, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The property is a beautiful and peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing outside the city. The ponies were a charming touch, the cat was so sweet and friendly, but the real star was the dog—what an awesome companion! Maria and her family were welcoming and kind hosts, making sure everything was just right for our stay. The surrounding area is fantastic for hiking, with plenty of trails and scenic views to explore. Everything about our stay was wonderful overall, though it's worth noting that the road to the property can be a bit tricky to navigate at night if you're not familiar with the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in nature with warm and hospitable hosts!

It's just like you see in the photos. Very private and well-maintained mirror pool pool. The animals nearby barely heard very little and never woke us up. We spent a family week very hot and having the pool has been a luxury! For a glitch, the nearby road has more traffic than we thought and at times prevents you from hearing the wonderful sounds of the forest, but nothing important! Catherine is super kind and understanding and does a great job! If we return to the area, we will repeat for sure!!!

Great large house with a very nice heated swimming pool. Stunning views from the house. Located in a nice little town with lots of restaurants to choose within walking distance of the house. House is 15 minutes drive to the stunning seaside town of St Jean De Luz. Biarritz and San Sebastián also within 40 mins drive. Comfortably slept our group of 10 and would recommend. We hope to return in future.

We could only enjoy two days of the house and the area but we want to come back with more time as we loved the area. We found what we expected and that is always satisfactory.

We have been coming to Hossegor as a family for over 20 years and have never been so satisfied with the house. Perfect location for the sea,the beach and the city. Very large garden with lots of seats,chairs,loungers, sun loungers,umbrellas and shade. Kitchen is modern and everything is there. New and good beds and the sofa bed large and stable. Very funktionelle bathroom with a large hot water tank. showering one behind the other. The landlord is always available to help and advise. Bikes available to rent. Everything is there for a wonderful holiday!! Thanks!

What a beautiful hidden gem surprise! Dominic is a super host, caring and always there when you need her. The cottage is located in an area full of French country essence , and it is decorated with all short of beautiful local details which help you to live the French experience in full. We will definitely try to come back!

Spacious and bright house in a very pleasant environment even in winter! Very functional kitchen that allows for beautiful family reunions . Beautiful rooms with very comfortable bedding which allows everyone to rest well and isolate themselves if needed. Sebastien's tips made our stay easier. We highly recommend this place .

We had a wonderful stay, Delphine and her husband are very welcoming, the accommodation has more than necessary in terms of amenities, the outside area is very pleasant and peaceful, no quiet place perfect for relaxing. Great location close to all places of interest on the Basque coast (cities to visit, beaches -15min, Spain...). We will be back with pleasure and can only recommend this place:)

Ideally located for discovering the Basque country and moors. The village of Hastingues is friendly to discover, quiet. Just remember to get a good mosquito repellent, the proximity to the gaves brings a few. We recommend this listing and would not hesitate to return if the opportunity presents itself.
