We will be delighted to welcome you in the best possible way at the Faubourg apartment. The 120 m2 of the apartment is entirely dedicated to Airbnb rental! Close to the Hyper center, two minutes walk from the Palais des congrés Jacques Chirac and the Pathé cinemas. 10 mins walking distance from Valencia city station. It is located on the second floor of a small, very quiet condominium that only has three floors. Can't be rented to arrange a party. No smoking in the unit.

Warm cottage in the middle of nature, very quiet by the river, former 18th century mill in the heart of the green Ardeche at the gate of the Ardèche mountains.
