The house is very nice. The terrace in the back of the house is quiet and overlooks the greenery. It's very relaxing. There is nothing lacking in the house. We had a great weekend.

Brigitte's place is just amazing! We were so lucky to enjoy her hospitality and we appreciated so much all the welcoming touches such as wine and the biscuits! The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and the shop, what else could you want as family with small kids! Hope we can come back in summer one day! Merci!

We had a lovely week at Gaelle and Arnaud's place. The house is really quiet, comfortable and very well-equipped. It's great for a family vacation, there's everything the kids need. We came to four teammates for a regatta. Adrien's place is perfect with a large, very nice living room. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom per level make a very convenient accommodation. Shops are reached by foot. We had a great stay. I recommend.

Perfect location, close to the sea and the city center. We did everything on foot in Granville. We recommend it unreservedly.

Super cozy accommodation and very clean . You have everything available in the studio . Parking space available in front or nearby on the street. A short walk from the sea, very short distance from the thermal baths and 15 minutes from Intra-muros . Very quiet street and neighborhood. I would highly recommend it .

Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramuros 10 minutes walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road... Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in the management of departure and check-in. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. We enjoyed the place and the residence and especially the magnificent view from the apartment and its full balcony. Clément and Christine's apartment is nice and superbly equipped with great care (also for the dog). it is very well located and for those who like to walk, anything can be done on foot. Just a slight downside to the ambient coolness inside when the weather is rainy and windy. This does not take away from the great week we were able to experience in your beautiful apartment. This is a lovely place, we would stay here again. The description and pictures in the listing are accurate. Beatrice was a great host, she met us when we got there and gave us a thorough orientation to the apartment. We had everything we needed there, we did pay the extra 10 euros for linens. There was a lot of room for us including lots of storage space. We highly recommend this place.
