Cottage holiday rentals in Saint-Phal

Our stay went very well, the house has been renovated with great taste, making the spaces very pleasant and friendly. The three bathrooms and toilets allow easy cohabitation at 10. The bedding is excellent, we'll be happy to come back for another weekend. The information regarding access to the house and operation is clear which makes the stay easier.

Pleasant stay of 3 nights in a small atypical house very well arranged and equipped. Laurent is very friendly and advised us on outings and restaurants. A little extra, the very nice hot tub at the end of the day!!

The house is great. It is very quiet and has a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the view of the Seine from the sauna and hot tub. The house meets all the requirements. A very complete kitchen, spacious bedrooms, nice bathrooms and a living room with pool that our children enjoyed themselves with. We also made several bike rides with the bikes that Michel made available. In short, a wonderful "Burgundian" week!

Charming cottage by the Lac d 'Orient (ours overlooked the fields, we would have thought we were in the countryside, it was very pleasant), very functional and spacious for a couple with 2 children. The bedding was very comfortable and the environment very quiet (at least out of season). We'll go back! Be careful for people who don't know the area, the lake is very little filled during this time and the edges are quite swampy. However, it is possible to observe a multitude of birds that mark a break during their migration, lovers of ornitology will be delighted.

we stayed here in a long road trip with our electric car. I was really pleased that they actually have a reliable charger here. the cowboy theme is fun.

Very nice New Year's Eve in the warm atmosphere of this house, including its large living/dining room and pleasant Lights. Frame/decor: ++ Cleanliness: ++ Amenities: ++ Bedding: + Notas: - Slightly noisy heat pump for one of the double bedrooms on the ground floor (winter) - Long fixed bench for one side of the long living room table: for agile guests. The other side of the table has chairs.

Denis is a great host. We really enjoyed the stay at his place! It is really quite and total relaxing at Denis' place. Even when the heating stopped working he called his neighbor and she helped us within one hour. I can totally recommend his place!

We had a lovely stay with friends for the weekend of November 11. The house is located very close to the lake in a quiet environment of a small house subdivision. Very well equipped, functional and warm, the house is comfortable with 1 good bedding and good heating. I would recommend this property in a good location.

Great stay in a very nice cottage. Clean bedding well and quiet. Small TV problem when we arrived was resolved within 10 minutes. Just a shame to see mold on the ceiling in such a beautiful bathroom. But otherwise we will come back with great plalsir.

An amazing stay at the beautiful Gîte with everything we needed. Hosts were great and meal was lovely. We enjoyed the pool with our 2 year old and would love the stay again!
