Welcome to Grand Talensac - Possibility of private parking

Profitez pleinement de cet appartement traversant et lumineux à la décoration soignée, rehaussée par la chaleur du bois. Parfaitement équipé, il possède une chambre donnant sur un jardin pour des nuits sereines. Possibilité de parking privé 15€/jour Appartement situé dans un quartier calme et à proximité du marché de Talensac, marché très apprécié des nantais pour ses produits. L'appartement est d'une surface de 45m2. La décoration se veut chaleureuse et fonctionnelle. Le logement se situe au 1er étage d'une petite copropriété de 3 logements. Son côté traversant lui apporte une grande lumière. Le T2 se compose d'une entrée qui donne sur le salon équipée d'une cuisine aménagée, prévue pour cuisiner sur place ( plaques à induction, four, lave vaisselle, frigidaire... ) Un canapé lit peut accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires (enfants de préference). La chambre équipée d'un lit grand confort de 140x200 donne sur un jardin, assurant des nuits sereines. La salle d'eau est munie d'une douche à l'italienne et d'une vasque avec rangement. Elle est équipée d'un lave linge et d'un sèche linge, neufs. Les wc sont séparés. Une chaise haute et un lit parapluie pour bébé sont disponibles sur demande. Les hôtes ont accès à l'ensemble du logement et tous ses équipements. 15€ de frais en supplément pour les arrivées après 22H. À 10 mn de la Place Graslin, le quartier de Talensac dispose de son marché couvert. Réputé pour ses étals de poissons et fruits de mer, le marché de Talensac est situé juste en face de l'appartement. D'excellents restaurants sillonnent le quartier. Service de vélo - ville de Nantes - Station Bicloo Proximité du tram et des bus. Tram - Ligne 3 arrêt Bretagne ou Jean Jaures Tram - Ligne 2 arrêt Place du Cirque Bus - Ligne C2 arrêt Talsensac Si vous utilisez les transports en commun, l'appartement est accessible via la ligne de TRAM N°2, arrêt Talensac ou Viarme. Les parures de lit, les serviettes et les torchons sont mis à votre disposition. Un équipement bébé ( lit parapluie et chaise haute ) sont disponibles sur demande. Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
