2 nights spent in this nearby beach and amenities. The listing is as described and the host is responsive with clear instructions. The only small downside, the mattress is hard but it depends on everyone's tastes. It doesn't question the excellence of the accommodation at all.

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. We were delighted to spend a few days in this accommodation: it is very well located, very clean, consistent with the photos, the place is quiet and peaceful and the interior is well appointed. There is everything you need on site, the bedding is of good quality. The balcony with sea view as well as the private parking space are a real plus. The hosts were kind and responsive.

We had a pleasant stay at Marielle and Jean Claude's who allowed us to discover the surroundings thanks to their very relevant advice. Small downside about the situation on the ground floor of the apartment, which takes away a little of the interest from the terrace ,adjoining on each side...
