Loved our stay! Can’t overstate how gorgeous the view is anytime of the day. Host was very responsive and met us close by on the first day to ensure we could find the house. It felt very private despite there being other residences on the property. They had everything we needed for our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in St. Thomas! The views were absolutely spectacular, with a peaceful overlook of Hull Bay and Magens Bay – truly breathtaking. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a fantastic layout, especially for two couples. You could tell there was a lot of attention to detail throughout the home. One of the highlights was the sliding glass door that opened up to a stunning view of the ocean and nearby islands. It made every morning feel magical. The amenities were also a huge plus – having coolers and beach chairs ready for a day at the beach was so convenient. Stacie was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great suggestions for places to eat and things to do around the island. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We just returned from a 7 day stay at Martina and CJ's place. It was everything we hoped and more! The views are gorgeous! The bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were perfect for our group of 4 couples. Martina and CJ are very responsive to any questions or needs that may arise. We had a little problem the first night and they were quick to respond and take care of the issue. We enjoyed meeting them both. Upon check-in, the house was very clean. You can not go wrong by booking this house! It is a dream vacation! Thanks to Martina and CJ for your hospitality.

Great location for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to pop down for dinner. View was amazing. Pool was great. The small touches and quality of the home were even better than we expected. Would highly recommend this location for people wanting some seclusion and willing to drive around the island to beaches, hiking, and restaurants. Would recommend a jeep - the driving and hills are very steep (and on the left side). Driving was the only stressful part of the trip. The home was like our OASIS!

This place is spectacular, breathtaking views, close to Cruz Bay.

I really don’t want to write this review for fear this villa will never be available when I want to come back but… Villa Capiz hands down the best choice we could have made for our honeymoon trip. This Villa has it all from a extremely well stocked kitchen (minus food and drink) to comfortable furniture inside and out including the beds, there are coolers beach chairs/towels, drinkable water from the faucet and so much more. The pool and hot tub clean and inviting. We spent our mornings and nights in the hot tub overlooking one of the most majestic views you will ever see in your life, I promise you the pictures you’re looking at for it, although great, do not do this place or the view justice. The Villa is also completely private to the point you feel your the only ones on the mountain. Even on a rainy day the views are amazing. We loved the Villa so much that most of our stay on the island was spent here. Do not look any further you found your dream place right here.

Seeing photos of this place does not do it justice! The breathtaking views of the ocean can be seen from all of the bedrooms and the living room area. The infinity pool is view is amazing. The house is well stocked with everything you would need. If you want a place that is private, relaxing and beautiful this is it! You will not regret booking this home. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed with our sons and families, 10 in total, with a 2 and 1 year old. Norman was very helpful in communicating what was available for the little ones and having crib and pack & play set up. We had two levels of house that could be rented separately but we had both connected by outside stairs. We had enough kitchen cookware and utensils to cook breakfast and dinners at the house. The balcony had comfortable furniture and looks out over Magen Bay, which is beautiful. The house was large with lots of room. Living area had comfortable couch for evening family time. The pool wasn’t heated so was a bit chilly but it was December and sun wasn’t hitting it due to its low position in the sky. The hot tub was nice since we could keep it a bit cooler and kids played in it. Location is not walkable but everything was within a quick drive. The house is older but they have updated it and we had no issues. Appliances are newer. Driveway is steep but manageable. Good value for space and pool.

This home was exactly was we needed for space for our group, great location to our friend’s villa for the wedding was a plus, great location to restaurants and public beaches. Did an excursion per recommendations in the guest book which exceeded our expectations! Very responsive to an issue we had during our stay. Clean and included several beach/pool amenities which helped us out a great deal! Certainly would recommend!

Nice play to stay for a couple or party of 3.. 1 bedroom and pull out couch , bedroom can probably fit 2 people . The location was on Sapphire Beach very beautiful clear water and lots of restaurants and bars in the resort area. Not really walkable location unless you are eating at what they offer at Sapphire resort. Drive is only 10-25 to other resorts and to town! Overall would definitely stay here again! David had great communication and recommendations on things to do and help with transportation!

Our stay was amazing! We had a few hiccups in the beginning, however Kit-Alia was very responsive, helpful & accommodating. Any questions/concerns that we had she responded. The view is absolutely beautiful to see from the location of the house. I would absolutely recommend & stay here again. We can’t thank you enough for the way you welcomed our family 😊

This villa is an excellent find on St. John. It is high on a hill which gives it an incredible view and lots of privacy. It’s walkable to Cruz Bay if you are willing to do the hill. We did several times with no problem. Pool is shared between the two units which was no problem for us. The unit itself was well equipped in the kitchen and everything was clean and the decor appropriate for the setting. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning is nice and cold. Patio was large and perfect for outdoor dining. We loved our stay on the island and this place was the perfect base for all our adventures and activities. Truly a gem.

This was a great place to stay. We felt right at home and was able to cook and enjoy the evenings. The view was incredible with easy access to the beach. Just a few steps. I had a little difficulty finding the home when it was dark for the first time, but after that, it was great. The back patio is amazing. I loved the high ceilings and the loft and there’s plenty of room for six adults to sleep . actually the couch folds out also so eight could sleep . The dishwasher was out of order but was no big deal. The beach was rocky and great for collecting shells and beautiful sandy beaches are a short drive away.. We loved it and would be glad to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Isla’s place. The views from the patio were absolutely breathtaking! We spent hours lounging on the chairs, taking in the stunning view of Limestone Beach. Haze, the outdoor cat, was a highlight of our evening relaxation sessions. The only downside was dealing with a few ants in the kitchen and the fact that we couldn't flush toilet paper due to the septic system, but that’s just part of island life! If you're looking for a peaceful, serene escape on a beautiful island, this place is definitely worth it! P.S. I highly recommend booking an outdoor massage with Ingrid at 4 Elements Wellness Retreat. She was incredible! Karen

We had a fantastic vacation at the Sea Wind! Brooke was very responsive and helped us whenever we needed anything. It is a great location! It’s close to the Westin for excursions and a quick ride into Cruz Bay. The photos do not do the view justice. It is spectacular. One of the bedrooms is in the loft and has narrow and steep stairs. If you are elderly or have issues with using the bathroom frequently at night you have an option of one of the other bedrooms. They provided beach towels, a cooler, and chairs which was very nice. Similar to other reviews, the driveway is steep and narrow but manageable. The separate bedrooms off of the main house are also very nice.

This house added to our vacation experience on St. Thomas. The pool and deck were overlooking AMAZING views, the house was roomy, comfortable, and well apportioned. It had character and charm and all of the comforts of home. The kitchen was easy to cook in. Great for families- in a quiet area behind a gate and located close enough to groceries and restaurants. We would book this again!

Absolutely amazing! John’s place was everything and more. The house had everything we needed from snorkel gear to kitchen supplies to extra linens. The view was INCREDIBLE and the house was extremely clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Danielle’s place. The view is spectacular and in a great area. Yes the drive is steep but nothing out of the ordinary for driving in St. Thomas. Well worth it!

I would 100% stay here again. I stayed in the 3 bedroom / 3 bath unit. Very clean, great location, beautiful view, pool, grill, fire pit, and responsive host. No need to hesitate… Just book it !

This place is awesome. Very clean, great views, and as described on website. To avoid confusion there are two Albert's. Dad who lives on the property and is the taxi driver and Albert the son who is the off site owner. The airport taxi was $18.00 per person. Albert took 8 of us comfortably with luggage. The taxi to a restaurant was $12.00 per person each way.

Star villa was a great find in an amazing location (5-10 min walk into town) on St. John. Bob and Marlene were out of town during our stay but Mike took amazing care of us the whole week. The AC in the bedrooms was amazing after long days at the beach. The pool is large, clean and perfect for cooling off after hot days. The view from the villa porch was amazing. I definitely recommend renting a jeep or some other 4 wheel drive car to terrain the steep hills and rough roads on the island. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a well rounded place to stay in beautiful St. John and the amazing hosts (and Mike) were the icing on the cake!

This place is GREAT. Owners are responsive, view is AMAZING, everything we did was about 20 min away. Locals are friendly, private pool at the house is a plus. Plenty of room with all the amenities necessary for a wonderful vacation. Christmas in the islands was the BEST! We rented a car so it was very convenient to stroll around town. Easy to use Google maps with their pinpoint location. Friendly rooster that hangs out there too we enjoyed watching him eat. We named him Clark Waters. !! We are already looking forward to coming back to the island. Highly recommend having your own vehicle, and trying out the local cuisine. Stay away from Lanai restaurant (service was slow and food awful). Sea salt on Sapphire beach is a terrific high end restaurant (our favorite). Linguistics Beach was our favorite. Clear water, soft sand and swam with a stingray and sea turtle! Recommend parasailing and swimming with a dolphin at Coral World. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you!! ENJOY

Absolutely wonderful experience. Been to St. John several times and these accommodations were the best yet - will stay again! Amazing view of Cruz Bay, too. Marble floors, custom kitchen with plenty of utensils and whatnot for cooking, even a grill. The continental breakfast in the morning was a lifesaver and Cathy, the server was personal and very cheery. Maintenance had a malfunctioning AC unit fixed in just a few hours. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a luxury stay in St. John. We’ll be back next December!
