At Béatrice's, nothing is missing, everything is calculated to have a great stay in this small quiet and welcoming village. The apartment is really spotless, the bedding is of good quality. The garden is pleasantly flowered and equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Thank you also for accepting the dogs, our Tokyo enjoyed itself. I would recommend this little Bremontoise without a second thought!

We had a great time. Cozy spacious house with a large bathroom and spacious garden with convenient garden furniture. Close to large supermarket and close to Sauveterre beach with guarded area. By car or bicycle, you can be in the center from where you can walk to the boulevard or go shopping.

We really enjoyed this family home that allowed us to spend Christmas with the family . It's a paradise for the little ones who have found something to take care of. The garden must be very nice on sunny days. The neighborhood is very discreet and the amenities very close. It's easy to park in the cul-de-sac. Thanks to Amandine and her husband for hosting

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

Weeklong stay, matches photos and description and is even better than pictured. Quiet place, owner available but not intrusive. We fell in love with the Vendee and these stone houses. Clean pool, chlorine-friendly pool. We'll be happy to come back, we haven't finished discovering the area. It has everything you need to live. The place is clean. Our stay at Marie Reine's went very well. Her apartment is very well arranged in decor and equipment. Very comfortable for us, free parking nearby in winter. Well located near the city center of St Martin en Ré. I recommend it.

Hélène has always been very responsive and accommodating with the check-in and check-out time. Allison who welcomed us, was perfectly attentive throughout the stay. We had a lovely stay. The house is very nice and well equipped. Bedding is good. Very close to the city center and the beach.

We have a wonderful holiday in Daniel's beautiful home. The house was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was large with a very, very nice shower. The enclosed yard was perfect for our little dog, and the wifi was extremely fast and stable, which was perfect for my husband who was working remotely. It was easy to cast to the smart tv as well. Daniel was very professional and friendly, and we really appreciated his proactive communication. He responded to our messages almost instantly and made us feel very welcome. We would absolutely stay with Daniel again, and we highly recommend his home. We couldn't have been happier :)

Very good stay, the cottage is very nice, well appointed, very quiet ideal for relaxing. Shops are reached by foot as well as the seaside.

We, two adults, two children and a dog had a great holiday at Sylvie's cottage. We were very nicely received by a neighbor and we were shown everything exactly. The offer to rent bicycles is also great. For dog owners just great as the garden is large and entirely fenced-in. On the terrace, you have long sun in the evening and can barbecue after a long day at the beach, as there is also a barbecue. A few small things could be improved, such as a new patio table, new pillows and duvets, as these are simply no longer nice over time. But all in all, a place that is highly recommended. Practically furnished. You can hear the music from the campsite in the evening. However, it didn't bother us. You are quickly on the beach and quickly in the city and still have your peace and quiet. We love La Tranche anyway and this neighborhood and vacation home were also worth a vacation.
