We have rarely had such a welcoming and attentive host! The accommodation was perfect with a great view and access to a very nice beach, we highly recommend it!

Very nice apartment and very well-equipped apartment. The terrace is very nice with a great view of the bay of Fort-de-France. The beach is at the foot of the apartment. Thanks to Frédéric and Carole, we will be back with great pleasure.

Philippe could not be present when we arrived. He welcomed other vacationers in another accommodation but Sylvie was very kindly in charge of us . But Philippe arranged for our stay to go smoothly

The apartment is in a great location, in front of the beach and next to the two vegetable and fish markets. The interior is beautiful, matches the photos, and you can see that it's new. It is located on a mezzanine floor and is accessed by a flight of stairs. On one side window with sea view, on the other terrace with mountain views and a large table for meals. Thank you to Julia who is a great host, she always responded quickly to our messages and was helpful when we needed it. Thanks also to Gilbert for his accuracy and punctuality and for surprising us by quickly replacing a couple of home amenities.

Marie-Laure was so welcoming and kind, greeting us with the most delicious home-made mango juice upon our arrival. She was flexible with check-in and check-out times, and helped us when we needed recommendations. The view is spectacular, and the pool is lovely. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who comes to Martinique.

Elise was able to make herself available before and during our stay. A very comfortable little house, as described, we immediately felt at home. Beautiful location, in a superb setting, waterfall hike, black sand beach. The bonus was there to meet fishermen from the village, from whom we were able to buy fish live that was just coming out of the water. Great authentic stay,we recommend 200% . Great stay at this beautiful home. The house is well located, on a quiet street and with a sublime view to the sea. The interior is extremely cosy. Beautiful and functional. The terrace and small pool very nice. Annie and her husband are very friendly and responsive. We'll definitely be back:-)

Very good stay with Aurélie and Mimi! The accommodation was very nice, well equipped, the view superb and especially perfect for radiating throughout the south, southwest and east of the island. Very friendly, Mimi and Aurélie had planned the essentials for our little girl.

Great spot in the middle of nature with views of a corner of the sea between the trees that grow at sight, Mount Pelee and sunsets! Small cove at the bottom of the house at the end of the path to get in the water with the board... Ideal! House very easy to run, a few amenities are a little faded but nothing serious. Rodolphe answers all questions in less than a minute and always with a lot of kindness. Anyway, nickel. Great vacation, we'll be back for sure!

We spent a week at the lower part of the house. The views are exceptional and truly more impressive than the photos even do justice to. We were lucky that there was no one renting the top of the house during our week, which gave us a very private and quiet setting. We adored the pool overlooking the ocean and mountainside. It’s very idyllic. Overall the space is exactly as described, with the majority of the living quarters being outside and the bedrooms and bathrooms being indoors. The kitchen is basic but has all of the necessities for a vacation. The bedrooms benefit from very strong A/C. Fred was always responsive and accommodating. A great host. We would definitely recommend this villa!

We stayed at Stéphanie's villa for 5 days. Everything was perfect. 👍 The location is ideal with a great view. We also enjoyed the calm, the cleanliness of the villa, the swimming pool, the top equipment, the proximity to shops, the sympathy of the owners. The villa is modern and tastefully decorated. Go there without a second thought!

5 week stay that was superb! The apartment is perfect for a couple/long stay. What about the terrace, large, comfortable and a breathtaking view! The apartment is on the 3rd and top floor, which gives an amazing view. It's very quiet. The kitchen is functional and we were able to make it easy to cook there. The bed is extremely comfortable. There is enough storage in the room. The garage is perfect for keeping the car cool. There is a very steep slope to get to the apartment. For us it was perfect, we used it to do our exercise. But be notified, on foot, it climbs! A car is required to visit the surrounding area. However, a decent beach, restaurants, an excellent bakery and a small grocery store are very close (10 min walk) and exercise guaranteed on the return😉! Best beach 10 min drive, Grande Anse d 'Arlet. Alexandra = attentive/helpful/responsive host. A few great suggestions!

Great place to stay. In a quiet neighborhood, a 5 minute walk from a nice beach, and either a short walk or drive from the town and restaurants in st luce. Marcelle was a gracious host and helpful. There was an issue with check-in. The proper address wasn't given. I'd recommend asking the host for the actual address. The issue was resolved easily enough however. All in all, it's a perfect place to stay.

Well located not far from restaurants and the marina where you can see boats from all over the world. We did some great hikes - the departure points not far from Lucie's by car. The condo is not big but we have everything we need.

We were very well hosted by Julie who gave us information about the residence and activities nearby. The accommodation was clean and very well appointed! We had a small issue with the wifi that was later resolved. Not really a view of the marina because very large trees are in front, and the children do not have access to the lookea club but can participate in the activities at the pool (my daughter did not find herself there and preferred the other pool with waterfall). Meals at the residence's restaurant are expensive but the Pointe du bout restaurants are numerous and diverse, and a few meters walk away. We enjoyed the tranquility of the place and surroundings. In short, a lovely stay.

Very nice apartment and perfectly equipped. The view is beautiful and the environment is quiet and secure. The air-conditioned rooms are very nice. Dominique is a very friendly host, she prepared the apartment for us with lots of care. The instructions for finding the apartment are very clear. I would highly recommend it

Very nice room. Very nice sea view. Nicole's plate of Martinican food was delicious. A short stay perfect for Christmas. Very quiet We will come back and recommend this rental without hesitation.

Property located in the heart of Sainte-Anne, so provide possible quiescent balls for city noise, however, many restaurants and small shops are next to the accommodation which remains very convenient. Another positive point: a washing machine is available! Very good stay
