We had a great weekend with the family at Anne and Nicolas's place. Everything is perfect for 8 adults and 2 children without forgetting the baby (equipment, games, pets outside...).

Nathalie and Stephane's place was beautiful, we felt like home. Thinking about staying again. I recommend a thousand times !

Jean Philippe is very friendly and attentive. We arrived, the hot tub was hot. Everything is great, the cottage is perfect for relaxing "with family or lovers". I would highly recommend this airbnb. We'll be happy to go back. Thanks again for the great time

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

I booked Christine's house to celebrate a birthday with a few friends, some of whom were accompanied by their children. We had a great time in this exceptional natural environment and in this beautiful setting that Christine's house offers us. We will gladly come back to that. The large exteriors are very pleasant, and the house offers large spaces,which allows everyone to have their own comfort zone. However, I was happy to have rather large children with me (over 6 years old) because otherwise, the amount of decorative and very tempting objects to handle for young children could have generated a little stress for me. I end by saying that I was delighted with this rental as well as Christine's availability throughout the stay to answer my questions.

We can really recommend it. My colleagues were accommodated here and in different Anna-Sophie's house. Both accommodation were clean, modern, peaceful and spacious. Anna-Sophie alwasy helped us with everything what we needed.

When we decided to spend a few days in the countryside, we didn't know this getaway would be so wonderful. As soon as we arrived, our host's warm welcome immediately set the scene for a memorable experience. His sincere smile and delicate touches made us feel at home. The premises were spotless, and the furniture provided brought a touch of comfort and charm. Every room seemed to tell a story, and we could feel the love our host had set out to set up this place. The natural setting around us was simply relaxing. I highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants to get away from it all.
