T2 facing south, amazing views.

Apartment with uninterrupted mountain views from it's south facing balcony, over looking the park and 2 minutes walk from Bozel lake. It is on the 2nd (top floor) of our house with it's own independent entrance. It has one double bedroom, a shower room with toilet, an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer) wifi, TV and double sofa bed. Shops and restaurants 5 mins walk away. Lots of parking opposite.

120m2 duplex in typical Beaufortain chalet

Duplex apartment in a typical Beaufortaine home. Located in a quiet area 800m from Beaufort. The cottage is adjoining but has its own entrance. You will be charmed by the cottage atmosphere and its surface of 120m2. In summer , the cottage is 500 m from the municipal swimming pool, tennis and climbing wall there is also the recreation base of marcot 1km( tree climbing, water games, fishing lake) In winter we are 5 km from the ski resort of Areches or 17 km from the resort of Les Saisies .
