New appartment in La Rochelle city-center, neighborhood " St-Nicolas", close to the port and all city commodities ( transportation, restaurants, tourist info center ) The appartment has all amenities, very clean, quiet and highlighted, elevators and private and secured parking spot. One living-room, with TV and sofa-bed ( 1 space ) plus one baby bed. One bedroom with 1 double-bed, one private bathroom. All furniture is new, kitchen has all electronics, plus one laundry machine included.

Our apartment is perfect for couples with or without children and solo travelers. It is located in a very quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the Royan market and the city center. You will be able to fully enjoy Royan and its surroundings on foot or by bike. The apartment and residence are new. It is very well equipped, including a washing machine for long stays.
