Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois

This is a lovely house and we really enjoyed our stay during the Olympics. Valerie was extremely helpful and responsive. We could not have asked for more.

We had a great time at Charlotte’s house. She was very helpful and responsive and helped us massively getting in and around Paris for the Olympics. Would recommend this to anyone and would happily come back if I was coming back to France. Very well equipped kitchen and tidy with everything needed for a stay.

We had a great weekend with friends in Yair's house which is very warm and pleasant. We were able to enjoy a lot of the Fontainebleau forest and the village of Barbizon, both being within a 10-minute walk of the house.

Very pretty and large house with courtyard for the car, terrace and garden. All in the quiet of the countryside. It doesn't feel like a few miles from Paris!! In addition , Sandrine and Jean-Yves are welcoming and friendly hosts who bring you breakfast every morning!!!! Exceptional!!!

Damien is a very welcoming and available host. The accommodation is luxurious and clean. As for the garden, it is a small haven of peace out of sight. I recommend it!

Valérian is very responsive. Large house, clean, located on fenced-in lot. Ultra quiet area a few minutes walk from RER C or N.

this accommodation offered is extremely complete. it feels like home. you only have your washcloth to take! Several car spaces can be free on the street facing the house, we were able to park three cars there. so we had a very nice stay at Brahim's place.

François was a wonderful host, incredible responsive and was flexible with us even when we came on Christmas night! The place was very clean, had great art, and we immediately felt at home. We would love to stay again next time we visit Paris!

We stayed At Marine's apartment for the Olympics, and it proved to be so much better than staying in a hotel. It was great to come back from an event and being in an apartment together (we were three) rather than staying in individual hotel rooms. It is a very convenient location; the metro and RER stations are a five - ten minute walk; a small supermarket is twenty metres down the street, loads of cafes and restaurants. Also it felt like a proper Parisian expereince staying in a Haussmann building. Overall excellent expereince.

The place was super clean and as described. Location was in a quiet suburban part of Paris, away from the touristy area which suited us well. Lots of cafes etc within walking distance and a 10 minute walk to the metro. Best suited to a family as the sofa bed wasn't super comfortable with two adults but fine too.

A wonderful location to visit Paris. Very central, spectecular view over the Seine and central Paris. Near many top tourist attractions. You have to know that the flat is on the fifth floor with no elevator available.

There aren’t enough words to express how pleased my cousins and I were with Patrick’s home. From the moment we landed in Paris to the moment we left, Badr was so helpful, kind and made us feel right at home. The place itself was stunning, clean and in the most perfect location I could imagine! I will definitely be returning! Thank you so much!

Best Location!! We loved our stay at Louise’s place. It is just one block from the Seine and just around Les Halles, Louvre, Notre Dame etc. Still a quiet place at night, which is nice and should be respected. The rooms look like the photos and are large and well equipped. There is only one small toilet, and a small kitchen but two bathrooms with showers. We will be back!

The place perfectly matches the photos: clean, functional, very pleasant to stay in. We went there for a friend's EVJF, and everything went extremely smoothly. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to get to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, beautiful and cozy. We filled up like at home. The communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Total a very good experience!

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Once again, we had a great stay in this house where we like to come back as a family. This time, we had the pleasure of celebrating the Christmas holidays, and everything was perfect: the house is still so comfortable, well equipped and impeccably clean. The warm and friendly atmosphere makes it an ideal place to gather with family. Thanks to Loïc for her always thoughtful welcome and availability. We'll be happy to come back for more unforgettable moments!

Very good experience to celebrate my husband's birthday with family and close friends. Audrey was a great help, very responsive and flexible. The house was greatly appreciated by all my guests. Do it again in summer to be able to enjoy the great garden. Thank you Audrey!

An amazing evening in an ideal setting. A beautiful home that we were lucky enough to book this winter for a family / friends meal. The weather was not nice but the place was amazing enough that it only stayed in the background. Clarence is an extremely friendly and attentive host. I can't wait to experience this place in a summer setting to enjoy the pool.
