This newly renovated townhouse is modern with four floors offering light and freshness. The 110 m2 will comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids. The designed staircase is not suitable for young children. As a provencal townhouse you will have to enjoy going up and down all day. The house is fully equipped (aircon, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, flatscreen TV and sound system) and has a stunning view from the roof top terrace.

The accommodation is a lovely holiday home, very pleasant, sandy beach and shops on foot, you will be delighted by its Mediterranean garden to have breakfast and aperitifs surrounded by greenery and not overlooked Accommodating 6 guests in summer you will enjoy the private swimming pool, and its 1000 m2 garden. Linens (sheets, towels, towels) are provided. Interior and exterior wifi. Guests are the only residents on the property.

100 m from the Calanque des Louvans, independent, wooded and fully fenced villa, refurbished. fully air-conditioned, electric shutters, double glazing. Close to the sea and ST AYGULF city center. Weekly booking only during the months of July and August. Due to the health crisis, and for the entire year 2022, arrivals will be mandatory after 4 PM if the accommodation was occupied before.
