Adolfo's apartment is very comfortable for one or two people. I had to work remotely for a few days and the WiFi connection worked perfect. Adolfo was aware of what I needed at all times. Yes they should note that it is 4 flights by stairs that must be climbed to get there.

It's really close to the airport like 10min with taxi, you will have a supermarket with rich and fantastic seafood offers just 50m from it, Charmatin cercanias train station 5 minutes away, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Last but not least, the apartment is lovely and functional and you have all the essentials that you need. It was a fantastic stay for us.

Location, location, location! It was close to many restaurants, cafes & shops. It was a bit tight for three adults but was not an issue because we spent most of the days being outside exploring. The AC was a huge plus for us on summer hot days!

Compact but cozy studio had everything we needed to explore (and retreat for downtime/rest) from Malasana. Such an energetic area with grocery, bars, restaurants, bakeries close and so many options for all tastes and budgets. We think this is the best area to stay in Centro Madrid and these apartment hotels will be perfect for many travelers! Close to metro stops and easy to navigate. Quiet side street at nighttime. Slept peacefully. Bed was comfy, basic kitchen and washing needs met, bathroom rain shower and towel warming rack were unexpected luxuries. Having management on site for most of the hours was helpful and we felt secure and well supported should we need anything. They let us checkin early but also would have held our bags if needed. Would certainly stay again.

I stayed here for a total of 3 months, in two different rooms. Everything I needed was available in the apartment. The 40-minute break of the air conditioner every 2 hours caused a bit of a problem when it was cold, but the room was heating up quickly when it was turned on. Everything was quite clean and comfortable. While the neighborhood was bad in terms of spending time, it was safe. It's very close to two metro lines, so I was able to easily get anywhere I wanted. The streets can be noisy at night, especially because there are bars nearby on the weekend, but this was no problem for me. Supermarkets like Lidl and Dia nearby, there are no problems with shopping. When you have an issue, you can reach Ramon quickly and help you with the issue. I felt very much at home and safe during my stay here. It's a small place for two people to stay, but I would definitely recommend it for a single person.

Easy access place, metro, supermarkets nearby, bakeries in the end what was necessary was inside the place, we were a week and we felt it very good , for the kitchen just what was needed. It was worth it to spend in Ramón's apartment.

Ramon's always very helpful and laid back. If you get the room on the top floor like I did, there's almost no noise. Dryer, terrace, everything super nice!

The accommodation as indicated by the Photos, and everything is very clean, functional and quiet. It is very well located with two subway stations, several bus routes, a lot of shopping, supermarkets and a shopping center very close by. Ramón is an excellent host, always attentive, he clarified my questions, and attentive to everything. Recommended...

It is an ideal apartment for a quiet stay, with access to the metro to move around the city, close trade and very close to the beautiful bank of the Manzano river. Highly recommended Chinese bazaars and restaurants with Chinese, Peruvian and Bolivian food. I was very pleasantly surprised Usera

Everything was up to expectations

The place didn’t worth the money as all places in European capitals, right know. So my compline is not a Kiara’s place but use this as a msg for all have his: Just thinking that are so many peoples with a minimum salary that only pays one room/studio. If we forgot that big humanity issue, o would say a little bit expensive for the size, but that the prince in that area,

shower,toilet in the middle of the room, great! A small room, but it has everything we need for tourists,I recommend!
