Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Salamanca

The studio is in a great area, 15 minutes walk from the main square and in a super quiet, cozy area with everything you may need. The apartment is hypermodern, it is very useful and everything is easy to use, it also gives the impression of being very safe and the space itself is super nice. The host, Santos, is a lovely man, super attentive and willing to help you with everything you need, of a close and very friendly treatment. 10/10

We stayed in this very central and spacious apartment in Salamanca, and our experience was fantastic. The place is very well equipped, with everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable, ideal for exploring the city on foot as it is close to everything you need. I would especially like to highlight the kindness of Vicente, the owner. From the first moment, he was very attentive and available. It allowed us to check out a bit later from the apartment as we had a long trip the next day. I recommend this place without any hesitation. Without a doubt, if we return to Salamanca, we will not hesitate to repeat.

An amazing beautiful house with all the details. Located in a very small but very beautiful village. The natural setting is beautiful in the fall. Javier made everything very easy for our arrival, stay and departure.

The location is unbeatable, there are historical places, hiking trails and recreational areas around the Alagón River within a few minutes by car. The house is beautiful and Ana and her partner have taken care of every detail to maintain the originality of the place. My partner and I had a very quiet and pleasant weekend, we will repeat in the winter months. A 100% recommended place and hosts ☺️

Both the house and the view are amazing. The accommodation has everything you need. The only thing I would highlight is that as soon as you walk through the entrance gate and in the access to the lounge there are stairs too dangerous for toddlers.

We spent three days at Cuca's house, we were great, everything clean, the house warm when we arrived, Toñi super friendly and they were for whatever you need, the sofa bed is very comfortable, it is like a good bed, we will repeat if we come back for sure, thank you!!

Nice sized property in a good location within walking distance of the main Salamanca sights. Added bonus of a playground across the road which our children loved.

The stay in this apartment was magnificent. All the amenities listed in the listing are real, and at any small incident or issue, Maria helped us instantly. Thank Maria for her kindness and quick response. He provided us with both detailed information about Salamanca, points of interest, recommendations, etc..., as well as facilities when checking in and out. Having no one in the range of our dates that stay in the apartment, it left us a lot of flexibility to leave it on the last day, like to enter. In terms of location, it is very central, since you have the Plaza Mayor 5-10 minutes walk away, and it takes you very little time to reach the points of greatest interest . Highly recommended!!
