Holiday rentals with beach access in Salchi

Dan’s unit was great! The location is close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants but far enough from the action to be quiet. Also access to downstairs coffee shop and convenience stores was a plus. We were a bit worried the first night when a live band was playing below us but happy to see that they shut down around 10 pm. The couches were super comfortable and there was a large desk if you needed one. The king size bed was comfortable and the two bathrooms were clean. Dan had a well stocked kitchen with matching red dishes , cutlery , appliances and all the utensils we needed We could buy water downstairs at the convenience store. taxis are plentiful in the area. There were only two of us and we lived the spacious apartment. Dan was quick to respond to our texts. We really enjoyed the area of Santa Cruz and hope to return to dans apartment in the near future.

Alma’s place was like dream for us , it was very chill with swimming pool in front of the house, she coked amazing chicken mole for us and some guests one evening in her house which was just around the corner from the place we rented. We rented scouters that she organised for us we’re going to deferent beach every day. I have no words it was just stunning.

I always love staying at Palacio. It's my top choice for condos in Huatulco. Raquel's place is furnished very comfortably and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, including an air fryer, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Internet was solid enough to work on two computers simultaneously and worked for streaming on multiple devices. Bed was comfy. Beach supplies provided-- we really enjoyed the chairs. Great AC. Really nice pool and courtyard area, always pristine. Plenty of hot water. Better than average water pressure for Mexico. Parking lot. Very safe area. Raquel was quick to help out with a couple of tiny glitches when we arrived. She even ordered dishwasher detergent to be delivered when the store was out! Overall the stay was super comfortable and enjoyable. Lots of space, lots of storage, easy to book a maid, playa tangolunda is a 10 min walk, town is a 10 min drive-- all around a very chill, quiet, relaxing place.

We had a lovely stay here. The lovely home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to three uncrowded beaches. Lots of space. We would rent again. Thank you!

The stay in Miguel's place, it was very pleasant is a quiet place where it practically felt like home, the concerns we had were resolved promptly and respectfully. In short, it has a very nice location, good space inside the accommodation, with everything you need to have a pleasant stay! I would go again without thinking!

We had a wonderful stay at Alexandra’s place 🌟She was super sweet helpful and responsive. The apartment was perfect for us. Huge bed very comfortable and bedroom that opened up onto the terrace with stunning views of the ocean and the most breathtaking sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home and the apartment was a short walk to the beach and local restaurants and amenities. We hired a scooter from a local shop to explore the other beaches just a short ped journey away. We would highly recommend this place as Super Hosts ourselves it was definitely 10/10 🌟

Gustavo’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to everything we needed, from grocery stores to the vibrant downtown area, and a peaceful, beautiful stroll to the beach. Everything we wanted was easily accessible, and we didn’t need to rely on taxis at all. Upon our arrival, Gustavo greeted us with warmth and kindness, personally showing us around and making sure we were comfortable. He explained how everything in the condo worked, which made us feel completely at ease. His communication was always prompt, helpful, and friendly throughout. We also had the pleasure of meeting his wife, Elena, an incredibly talented artist, who was just as welcoming and accommodating as Gustavo. Their hospitality truly made our time in Huatulco special. We would return to Gustavo’s place without hesitation and are already planning our next trip! Thank you, Gustavo, for making our visit unforgettable!

Ana Paula was such an amazing host! this space was perfect for our group of 12. the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed the propane bbq. the property was even more amazing than the pictures suggested. highly recommended!

This is our 5th year staying here for 1 week and we will be back next year. One of the most beautiful Airbnbs in the world. Highly recommended to disconnect from the chaos of modern life and tune in to yourself and to nature. Spectacular!

This is a very well done and unique home. We were there for two weeks and it was a delight. The cabanas are well designed and fit perfectly with the lush surrounding tropical vegetation. This is a special property clearly loved by the owners. The family designed and built the units and it stands out from other 'cookie cutter' units in the area that were clearly just built to turn a peso. Pauline and her son are always available and often on site tending to things. The woman who cleaned each week for us was very thorough and clearly cared about her work. As did the young fellow who tended to the beautiful plantings and all things outdoors while we were there. There are many fine restaurants just down the hill on the main street through town. And the vast beaches are just beyond. Five minutes to the street and then two more to be on the beach itself. There are little markets with fresh fruit and vegetables and several small groceries. Bring pesos. (And shampoo.) And enjoy!

The place is a gem of calm and quiet, with a small local beach close by. Brenda is super responsive and helpful and her local colleagues offer all kinds of services upon request from cooking to cleaning to massages and tours. Upon arrival we found thoughtful newly purchased extras for our one year old baby such as a cot, high chair, toys, bath tub, dishes and so on and we never even asked for any of that. Both the house and Brenda and her team are outstanding. The only thing to consider is the relative remoteness of the location. Own means of transport is highly recommended as taxi services would need to be planned in advance to some extent. Definitely recommend, particularly for small groups and families.

The place is stunning!!! The views are like nothing else. Place is very clean and has all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. It’s a very short 2 minute walk to a private secluded beach. The exterior amenities like pool, patio and outdoor shower along with the views make you feel at paradise. Such a relaxing place. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing the place with the rest of us.

Excellent host and a beautiful view. While most of the apartment is open air, I found it to be very quiet and private. Will stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here! Our host was super helpful and accommodating! The house had all the essentials and location felt both peaceful and secure. One of the best gems was the private beach, accessible by taking 6min scenic cliff-side hike. Our kids aged 7-10 loved it and enjoyed the hike part as well. Important note: the private beach is best enjoyed at low tide, so morning through early afternoon. When the tide comes in, the sandy access is not available from the spot with clear bottom and no rocks/sea urchins. We would love to return here!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. This is like being in Canada and has everything you need. Cynthia is the best host and will help you with anything. The property is clean and so many nice people, its safe and everyone is willing to help. This owner knows what she is doing with the ARBNB.

Fabulous stay for our family at Jesus's place. We were amazed by how roomy it was and was very well equipped with everything we needed. Really appreciated the washer and dryer and beach chairs/umbrella. The area is fantastic to access everything you need and just a quick cheap cab ride into La Crucecita. Easy to get to all the great beaches nearby and quick walk to Santa Cruz Beach. Party bus does go by hourly in the evenings but we found it amusing mostly. pool was never busy and fantastic. Great service and value would return for sure.

This is a beautiful condo in an exquisite setting. The condo is a corner unit so the view could not be better. Very comfortable and well appointed. Arrocito is a fabulous location for people wanting, quiet, peace, and relaxation.

It is a beautiful place, everything is very clean, very good service, excellent view, I would definitely return 10/10.

My three girlfriends and I spent two fabulous weeks at the Punta Arrocito condo. The condo was a fairly quick ride from the airport. The gate security person was expecting us as well as the condo manager. Check in was quick and easy. The condo was very clean, comfortable and secure. What a spectacular view of the ocean from the balcony! We were delighted by frequent sightings of whales and dolphins. The sunrise over the ocean was also beautiful to watch. Alma as well as the condo employees were very responsive and dealt with our questions immediately. We would gladly book with Alma and this condo again.

Quiet, clean place. Access to the beach club gives this stay a plus.
