Holiday rentals with a pool in Sale Al Jadida

We very much enjoyed our stay at Samy's house. He is a great host, very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The house is lovely, it's in an enclosed compound with a shared pool area and backyard. The rooms are large, the kitchen is great, and the living rooms were perfect. The beach is a 5 min walk down the hill and there are many restaurants and shops a short drive away. There is also a gym just a short walk away that is really nice and offers single-day entry fees. Samy's house was perfect for our family trip, the rooms and living areas are really nice and spacious. We will absolutely rent from Samy again.

Our stay at this beautiful villa was absolutely wonderful! The property is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for families, with multiple comfortable rooms and a stunning outdoor area. The sparkling swimming pool and fountain seating area made our afternoons so relaxing, while the backyard citrus trees added a lovely natural touch. The location was ideal, just a 7-minute drive to a major supermarket. One of the highlights was the daily fresh milk and free-range eggs from local farmers. The hospitality truly made our stay exceptional: Achraf was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Fatima, who welcomed us, was warm, generous, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Shayma helped with housekeeping upon request and was attentive and kind. Overall, this villa was the perfect balance of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. We loved every moment and will definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat.

House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. My family and I enjoyed it as if I were in my own villa and the owner was very friendly and responsive on the phone. He was with us from the very beginning to the end. We were with us from the beginning to the end. We were very pleased with the accommodation and excellent treatment.

We had an amazing stay at the villa! Everything was just as shown in the pictures and described. The host was very responsive, and any minor issues (like a brief power outage unrelated to the villa) were resolved promptly. The in-house chef prepared incredible meals for us. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We loved Fatiha’s place so much that we decided to book again for the remainder of our trip here in Morocco. The cleanliness of the home is something I greatly appreciated and in my opinion unmatched in the area. The close access to the beach, nearby restaurants, and security made us so comfortable. This was a wonderful stay! The check-in instructions were excellent—very easy and clear. The host kindly allowed us an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the bedding—sheets, blankets, and pillows—were clean and of high quality. The bathrooms were spotless and fully stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and body wash. Towels were also provided and were of excellent quality. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for someone who wants to feel at home while away from home. Everything we needed was there, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the details to make guests feel comfortable. On top of all that, the host’s communication and hospitality were outstanding. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

very nice view, nice apartment with 2 separate bedrooms. the terrace is very nice and well exposed. the pool in the residence is a real plus. the beds are very hard but this is often the case in Morocco and that did not stop us from sleeping. check in rt check out flexible thanks to a key box.
