Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Salem County

Angela was an amazing host, and would recommend her to my closest friends. her apartment was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/plates/bowls/pots and pans. The driveway can be a bit tricky in the morning when it is dark, but it is made up by the fact that the upper driveway is wide enough for 3 cars. Angela is very responsive, and loves to help.

David was an incredible host during my stay in Wilmington - he was proactively communicative, as well as supportive / flexible to shifts in our travel plans. This apartment quickly felt like home during my extended stay - it's fully furnished with everything we needed, a short walk to the office downtown, and right across the street from a lovely park. I'd highly recommend staying short-term or long-term at any of David's Airbnbs.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jeff made our stay very pleasant with his quick responses and easy to follow instructions. There are so many food options and there is A LOT to do within a very short walking distance. Whenever my family and I come back to Deleware, we will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely loved my stay! The pictures didnt even do justice to how beautiful and cozy this place was! It's a small and quiet location (very respectful neighbors!) with beautiful, classic scenery, and a perfect set up for sleeping in. Couldn't ask for more!

This was a really nice place to come back after a long day of travel. The host was gracious with our late check in. It was great to find a place with a good kitchen (btw, byo silverware). The driveway to the Airbnb's front door is not paved and is very rocky. If anyone with accessibility concerns wants to stay here, that could be helpful to keep in mind. The host was proactive and kind. Thank you!

We had a great stay. Dr. Katina was very helpful and reached out just the right amount to ensure we were enjoying her place. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was in a central location close to lots of great playgrounds and parks. We'd love to stay there again!

This was our second stay and won’t be our last. We love the quiet, the hot tub, and being right on the lake. It’s a really cozy spot but still has plenty of space for the 6 of us.

Rob housed a house full of international artists for our recent project. The house was spacious and cozy and provided a comfortable space. The back porch was a big win for them as well as the spacious kitchen that allowed them to share meals together. Rob was attentive and helped us work through difficulties with various appliances and whatever issues arose over the course of their extended stay. I am very grateful for Rob responding quickly and efficiently and being very sensitive to the comfort of our guests during the length of their stay. It was close to the main street with multiple grocery stores so the location was perfect for our process. I recommend this airbnb if you are looking for a place with a lot of charm, heart and a reliable host!

my fiance & i stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with our old pup max! it looked just like the photos! we had very minimal issues one being that in the yard the one fence is a little short, so we did need to keep our dog on a long lead while out there just because he is reactive & will run if given opportunity. i would also check the yard before letting your pup roam freely because there was some trash & a little bit of glass in the grass. i also believe there may have been some poison ivy in the one corner. dogs are unable to get that, but it can be passed on to humans from their fur. it was very peaceful which was great since our old man is reactive. the house was great, the only issue with the house was that we did need to vacuum off the one couch, but we didn’t mind! we understand that it is pet friendly so a little fur or hair is to be expected. overall, it was great & we would absolutely stay again!

Amazing property! So beautiful to be right on the water and the house had absolutely anything we could have possibly needed. The disco/dance space was a brilliant idea. It’s separate from the house so was not keeping anyone up who wished to go to bed. They really thought of everything.

Marilyn's place was clean, spacious, plenty of amenities, everything you may need or want with a complete kitchen, and accommodating for any occasion. We highly recommend and will definitely be back when we're in town. Thank you Marilyn. It was perfect.

Some friends and I stayed for a long weekend for my birthday. The house is a very special place, with both beautiful historic details and modern conveniences. We had a great time grilling on the patio and relaxing in the hot tub. The lake and property is very peaceful and a good place for bird watching. One day we took a beautiful spring walk around the lake at Parvin state park which is a short drive away. The kitchen was probably the best stocked of any rental we’ve stayed, with every tool you could possibly need! The rooms were spacious and bright, and every bed was very comfortable, including the pull out couch in the super cozy lower level. The 7 of us had a great time and would very happily return again! Ernesto was an excellent host and very quickly responded with any questions that popped up. Thanks to him & Alan for a wonderful stay!

Host is very responsive and kind! Beautiful home, very clean, and peaceful surroundings! We booked this as a weekend getaway to relax and catch up on some work and there is a room off the main bedroom that was my favorite room in the house! Looks directly over the lake, and was the perfect room to be on my laptop with the windows open listening to the outdoors! We drove about an hour away and visited Cape May for breakfast which was super nice and spent the rest of our time at the Airbnb watching movies and relaxing!

Great location. Walked the neighborhood, park and restaurants. Very spacious place. Living room very comfy. Bathroom and shower good space. Chris is solid, trustworthy- forgot an item at checkout and worked with us to get back in. Thank you.

This was our second time staying at Chris' place. My husband and I shared the space with my husband's 90-year-old father, and we all found the place comfortable for our needs. We've stayed at a LOT of Airbnbs in Wilmington as we come there frequently to visit family. This is by far the easiest access (both in terms of location and first floor entry) and quietest we've ever stayed! We will definitely be back.

Marc place was a little piece of paradise looking over a wide vista of trees and distant beautiful architecture ….. street parking was no problem and it was close to everywhere it seemed! It was quiet and secluded and cosy warm ☺️
