David was an incredible host during my stay in Wilmington - he was proactively communicative, as well as supportive / flexible to shifts in our travel plans. This apartment quickly felt like home during my extended stay - it's fully furnished with everything we needed, a short walk to the office downtown, and right across the street from a lovely park. I'd highly recommend staying short-term or long-term at any of David's Airbnbs.

Great stay! Modern design and appliances with all of the bells and whistles. There's a TV in every room (even the bathroom and kitchen)! Many options for lighting (bright, recessed, dimmable...). Hosts were responsive!

Felt right at home! Super clean and plenty of things to do within walking distance. Will definitely return!

Home is located in a quiet neighborhood, felt very safe. Also, a small playground within easy walking distance which toddler loved. Back yard had a relaxing swing. Place was very clean and host communicated very well. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

Missy’s place was clean, comfortable and cozy. Hosts were responsive and kind and check in was a breeze. The space was quite accommodating for the three of us. The bedrooms are spacious and inviting for down time, with plenty of room in the closet and/or dressers to unpack your suitcase if you’re staying longer, along with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has pretty much every thing you’d need to home cook a meal. It is on a main roadway so expect outside activity but I thought the stay was quite lovely overall. I would like to note for the tall people who stay here, the slanted ceiling at the top of the stairs is a head knocker so be mindful when coming down the stairs!

my fiance & i stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with our old pup max! it looked just like the photos! we had very minimal issues one being that in the yard the one fence is a little short, so we did need to keep our dog on a long lead while out there just because he is reactive & will run if given opportunity. i would also check the yard before letting your pup roam freely because there was some trash & a little bit of glass in the grass. i also believe there may have been some poison ivy in the one corner. dogs are unable to get that, but it can be passed on to humans from their fur. it was very peaceful which was great since our old man is reactive. the house was great, the only issue with the house was that we did need to vacuum off the one couch, but we didn’t mind! we understand that it is pet friendly so a little fur or hair is to be expected. overall, it was great & we would absolutely stay again!

we went to The Sora for the night before my wedding and the day of. Tom was SOOOO helpful, giving options for things to eat and do in the area. it also smelled AMAZING as soon as we went in. everything is the house is labeled (cabinets and actual items) which just made you feel like everything was there. there’s so many cleaning products, extra towels, wash cloths, PHONE CHARGERS, everything. Just so so awesome

We're a family of four and this is truly a home away from home. This is the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in and you can tell Marilyn takes great care of her home. There were plenty of dishes and cookware. Marilyn was polite and stayed in communication throughout our stay. We stayed in the winter, so the heated mattress was a huge bonus. The neighborhood is quiet, as well. We brought one board game with us, but we also enjoyed playing the games Marilyn keeps around for guests. I can't stress enough how comfortable this place is for families. Highly recommended and if our schedules work out, we'll try to stay here again. Thanks Marilyn!

This is a great unit. Nikhil has thought of every detail and provided wonderful linens, toiletries, drinks, chargers, and the most comfortable bed! The unit is quiet and the off street parking was very convenient.

Marc place was a little piece of paradise looking over a wide vista of trees and distant beautiful architecture ….. street parking was no problem and it was close to everywhere it seemed! It was quiet and secluded and cosy warm ☺️
