Within a 15-minute walk you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/post car/ship) and lakeside promenade.

Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, clinics Schmieder 5 min, Konstanz by car or train 15 min. 35m² space for you alone, private bathroom, tea pantry with fridge, microwave, DeLonghi capsule machine, kettle, dishes. Rooftop studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top under the roof, the studio tows with stunning views. The Mediterranean garden with fire pit can also be used. Sports equipment such as sup, including even a motorboat, can be used at a fee. Are you looking for the tranquility and idyll of Lake Constance and appreciate the many activities around the lake? Then you have come to the right place! By the way: With us, it is pleasantly cool even in the summer.
