There is a large outdoor fireplace and a shaded patio. On the ground floor of the house is a kitchen with a spacious living room and dining room, an indoor fireplace and a toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms. The balcony offers lovely views of the marina and the islands. The house is in a quiet area of Sukosan.

This cosy and very bright lit 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated only 18 min walk from the old city centre. Also, the closest beach can be found only 10 mins on foot. In the neighbourhood there are grocery shops, pharmacy and a post office 3 mins away. Parking spot is available free of charge. A/C is located in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, all the bedrooms have celling fans. The apartment is equipped with all the appliances including a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Parking & bus station in front of the house. Shop & restaurant 50 m, sandy beach 200 m. 70 m from the center.This house is located in the center of Diklo. , and so is the beach, just across the street and you are there! the tennis court and the restaurant Taverna, as well as 2 caffes are located within 50m range from the house.
