It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

The large balcony with seating is ideal for balmy summer evenings and there is also a garden with children's playground.

This centrally located place is within a 10-minute walk of the old town of Salzburg. A bus stop is 100 meters away. The apartment has 28 sqm and is generously distributed. A carport parking space can be rented separately, otherwise a parking space is available subject to availability.
