Holiday rentals with lake access in Salzburg-Umgebung District

Constanze's spacious lakeside home was a gem of a find! An idyllic location; gardens leading down to the jetty & lake ; amazing views across to mountains; excellent scenic walks to either end of the lake; train station 5 minutes walk away with regular, reliable service to Salzburg & elsewhere. We made the best use of this beautiful house & location & the wood burning stove was very much appreciated on the cooler evenings! Constanze was a great host, was there to meet & greet us & with excellent communication via phone too & we have no hesitation in recommending her lovely home.

Spotless new villa, equipped with everything you need - a lot of thought had been put into making sure your stay is as convenient as possible. Amazingly equipped kitchen was a pleasure. The greatest veiws you could wish to wake up to. The place is better than to the photos, and Hannes was very proactively helpful to make sure we are enjoying ourselves. Highly recommended!

Katharina’s place was incredible! The views were amazing and Katharina was super friendly. If you are looking for a peaceful, well kept place to stay, then this is it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and wish we could have stayed longer!

Bernhard was a very good and friendly host. The self-check-in worked smoothly. Bernhard was absolutely reliable for questions. The apartment exceeded our expectations, especially considering the size and is a great starting point for excursions towards Salzburg and the surrounding area. For visitors with smaller children, it is worth noting that the sleeping area is designed as a gallery. This can be seen from the photos, but we were kind of surprised - but definitely positive in our case. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for our needs, we were also very pleased about the Nespresso coffee machine and corresponding capsules (guest gift). The accommodation was a good base for our wonderful holiday.

Great location, easy to park and walk into town. Everything about the apartment was accurate and great place to be based for a week. Peter was super helpful and responsive and even gave us some eggs from their chickens! Thanks for a great stay.

A wonderful stay, using the apartment as a base for day trips. Lots to do or see a short walk or ferry ride away. Johannes and Kathi were eager to meet us with a golf cart to check us in and out. The location was ideal, the place was spotless, hosts were responsive.

Jakob's place was outstanding. Their whole family who lives there is very nice , and helped us with any questions. We spent a week there and although the place is not big we had enough space and got along well. We were a couple + a 3 year old girl + a dog + a couple of parents. Total of 4 adults , girl and dog. Within walking distance there are forest trails, an open beach for swimming in the lake, private parking, access to the beautiful lakes in the area. We especially loved the lake and the children's park about 3 km ( you can by car or on foot) at UNTERACH AM ATTERSEE This is also a much more private area than other places in the area. We look forward to returning in the future it was a pleasure!

Wow, this was by far the best Airbnb I stayed in! The whole family was so nice and welcoming, truly made me feel at home. I came alone and was very afraid of staying in a stranger place but their attitude was so helpful. The apartment is truly perfect, it’s clean to the deepest levels and so well detailed with everything that you can possibly think of. Would 100% recommend

Roland's apartment met our expectations in every way. Not only did it offer ample space, it was also more than large and spacious enough for our group of 5 adults. In addition, the apartment was excellently equipped and very clean. The location of the apartment was simply ideal: just a stone's throw away from the Mondsee and the Irrsee, it was at a wonderful starting point for exploring the surrounding region. Whether we wanted to shop, visit a restaurant, or see local attractions, everything was reachable in minutes by car. The available parking directly at the apartment was particularly convenient. Check-in also went completely smoothly, although our arrival and departure time was very early. We would like to sincerely thank Roland for his hospitality, even if we had the opportunity to talk to each other in person. Absolutely recommend!
