Our beautiful house in the traditional architectural style is located in the middle of the picturesque Altaussee with all the shopping facilities. It is within walking distance only 500m from the lake and 5-10 minutes by car from the Loser-Schigebiet, the Narcissus Bath, Golf Course and Bad Aussee with train station. The house has 6 bedrooms for total 12-13 guests, 3 living room, 3 bathroom, 2 kitchens, a beautiful garden with terrace, a large balcony, with wonderful views to the surrounding mountains and Lake Altaus.

Detached Chalet with luxurious wellness in Piesendorf

The luxurious Chalet Sonnenheim is located on a unique spot on the southern slope of Piesendorf with breathtaking views of a magnificent mountain landscape. The hiking and biking trails start at the front door. The house is close to the ski resorts of Zell am See and the glacier of Kaprun where you can ski from Oct. to May. Piesendorf itself also has a small ski area. Ideal for tobogganing and for children. The golf courses of Zell am See, Mittersill and Saalfelden are all within a short distance.

Haus Almkreek is located in Kaprun. A spacious private chalet (400m2) with a magnificent view of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The supermarket and the center of Kaprun is within walking distance. The ski slopes can be reached within a few minutes by bus or car. The chalet can accommodate 18 adults and 3 children (0 to 14) and has 9 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a large terrace and garden. There is a heated ski hut with ski boot dryer. In the summer months, MTBs / bicycles can be parked in this space.

In the village 10 - 15 minutes walk you will find inns, supermarket, playground, coffee house with bakery, butcher, trafik +magazine store, bank, ATM, post partner, craft shop, felt, ceramics, a local museum. Quiet wooden villa with indoor pool

Forget your worries at this spacious and quiet place. The heart of this old-furnished building is probably the cozy living room with tiled stove and kitchen in winter, and plenty of wood is of course provided. From May to October, the heated indoor pool in the tropical conservatory delights. The hardly busy side street also offers additional tranquility. In general, the location is perfect, whether in the city of Salzburg, for the ski tour in Gaißau or for swimming in Lake Fuschl.
