Good organization, nice hosts, who live there and can be contacted immediately if something is needed, quite responsive, recommended.

Great location, the underfloor heating in the bathrooms is nice after a day skying, the rooms are nice size. The internet however is almost never working and there is no tv in the living room. The beds all have tv. No washing machine and no launderette nearby, however, the host offered us the possibility to use her personal one. There is a ski boot drier which is a nice touch, bbq and a lovely table outside

The house is lovely, very comfortable, spacious and equipped. It is in an excellent location both in its accessibility to tourist sites, both close to restaurants, gas station supermarkets and mainly because it is not within all of these, but is a short distance from them. The house is on a mountainside, not too far, not too close. On the way you pass through fields., you see animals, cross a bridge on a stream and come to the corner of paradise. We wholeheartedly recommend.

A top quality accommodation. Bright, full of character and modern kitchen and bathrooms. My group were very impressed with this place, great communication and all facilities were as described on ABB. we would definitely stay here again.

The chalet was amazing, we were a party of 9 and never felt crammed in. The team were great and very friendly. Definitely recommend staying here!!!

It was a great weekend and we felt super comfortable. The host was always quick to reach and took great care of us and received us superbly.

We had a lovely stay in this house. A lot of space, big rooms, very well equipped kitchen and a big living room. Just a five minutes walk to the grocery store, the city center, the ski bus to Saalbach and Kaprun and the slopes in Zell am Zee. We have made several trips to different countries and stayed in various apartments and houses during skiing season, but this was one of the best. Michael responded very quickly to our questions and made sure that we had a great stay. We can really recommend this house.

We had our best stay at this place by far. Every room was picobello clean, and the location was just wonderful to get away from it all. Our host Martha took care of all our concerns immediately and was always available. She even cooked for us and served us an unforgettable 3-course menu. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy life in a large group and spend a pleasant time surrounded by nature.

This is our second stay at Ulla’s beautiful villa on the Traunsee. We love the villa and the local area. Lots of swimming and boating in the lake from the bottom of the garden plus paddle boarding and water skiing etc from the jetties further down the lake. There are plenty of fantastic places to eat at walking distance from the villa and the most beautiful walks in the surrounding hills. On a practical note there are supermarkets close to the villa and so we had a few evening bbqs on the terrace. When we arrived we were greeted by Ulla’s friends who were so welcoming and friendly. It was another superb week in paradise!

Stay was perfect. Great communication with the host! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. We were there for skiing and could get into the ski bus just outside the apartment door. We will be happy to come back!
