Our group of 4 was accommodated nicely. A group of 5-7 could easily stay. The home is like new and beautiful. It has everything you need to make your stay pleasant. Recommend highly!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! My husband, our three toddlers, and I were so comfortable throughout our visit. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to make our time there stress-free. It was perfect for our little ones, with plenty of room for them to play and explore safely. We recently stayed for my Son’s Bachelor Weekend get away. With a party of 12 there was plenty of room for everyone. The game room is amazing with plenty to do. Walk to lake is not the best but very doable. We were visited morning and afternoon by Whitetail deer!! I highly recommend this place to anyone! Host is Amazing and very quick to respond. “A+” 💯

Perfect location and setup for our visit. Comfortable beds, basketball goal in garage was a nice touch as well. Very accommodating and communicative hosts. Will definitely be staying again and highly recommend for anyone traveling to the area.

The house is clean, well furnished and stocked and in the perfect location for fishing out of Cypress Bend or the new ramp on the Texas side of the bridge. It rained during our stay and having the carport big enough for two boats was perfect. They even have electric outlets in the carport for battery maintenance on the boats. It is a very nice and perfectly thought out place for fisherman (or anyone else) to stay.

nice and clean everything was in the right places they told the truth.Truth is very personal with me.She said no tv and it was just like she said giving you the option to rent it or not but I loved it I took my extra tv.Nice rooms big beds lots of space great naborhood.

We needed a quiet get away in the middle of no where and that is exactly what we got. It was peaceful and nice right in the middle of the country. Rich was incredibly helpful and responsive. We have family that lives near by his air bnb and plan to return for our annual trips. Thankyou so much for a great space!

Very neat house that has a lodge feel. Plenty of sleeping area with comfortable beds. Great outdoor space for cooking, fire, and drinks. Convinient distance to the stump and Rayburn resort.

This is one of our favorite airbnbs now. We'll definitely be staying here again when we come back to the area. Gay was so friendly and welcoming. I can't say enough about the peacefulness of the location, and only being a couple of miles outside of town. Really enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the wildlife, which there is plenty of. The cardinals, gray squirrels, and monarch butterflies were the best.

This has now took #1 on the list of Airbnb my family and I have visited! The space was so clean and cozy! The waterfront view was breathtaking! It was a wonderful stay and I would recommend it to ANYONE looking for a wonderful stay on Sam Rayburn!

The Home was nice and cozy. Home was very clean. The self check in and out process was very easy. The host had great communication, always responded promptly. Would definitely book again!

The house was beautiful; the neighborhood was quiet and walking distance to downtown, shops, and restaurants. Jim responded immediately to the one question I had after our arrival. Our stay was amazing! The house and location was just what we needed. We were able to walk down and swim and use our kayaks. The kitchen has everything you need when you’re preparing your meals. The house is very spacious. Relaxing on the back porch was my favorite spot. We will definitely be planning another stay soon enough.
