Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Sam Roi Yot

This home was absolutely beautiful. Vasana was so easy to work with and help us coordinate transportation when we needed it. Our family has a fabulous time and we would stay here again!

The place is not too far from the main road. The entrance is a little deep but easy to find. The property is equipped with all amenities. 4 rooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is also 1 shared bathroom. The linens were fresh and clean. The air conditioning was cool. Overall, it was a great value for choosing to stay here. The millions of hosts were very recommendable and helpful.

Host is incredible & was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. Was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay.

We were already familiar with the property "Panorama Resort" from a previous visit & returning felt incredibly pleasant. Naturally, we were curious about this house, as the pictures looked very promising & the communication with the owners had been so warm & friendly. What can I say? We've booked many houses worldwide & enjoyed wonderful moments - but THIS house surpasses them all!! After our long journey, we were warmly welcomed with a well-stocked fridge. The attention to detail in the decor is simply a dream – a fantastic kitchen equipped with absolutely everything (and more) you could need (I loved the milk frother so much!), charming decorative touches, bedrooms with fridge & coffee machine, spacious & spotless bathrooms, cozy beds with comfortable linens, friendly cleaning staff, a stunning garden, a pristine pool and beautiful lightning. What more could your heart desire? We absolutely loved everything (!) and are so grateful to Janet & Dave for this wonderful experience!

It was a stay of a lifetime. Some differences vs the picture in the air bnb page but that doesn't mean its worse, it was better with more plants and house animals. My kids love the encounter esp with the dog. The pool is perfect. The amenities are complete. We will surely go back there again if there's a chance in the future.

Great pool house. Very large, saline pool that was deep and perfect temperature. Outside kitchen area, and a pool table. The inside is comfortable, nice couch and large tv, as well as another large kitchen inside. The kitchen is not stocked with cooking oil, salt etc., but we just bought our own stuff. He was nice enough to get us a pot with a lid to cook rice. Our favorite part of the house was the pool. Very nice neighbor across the street who helped us. (She is a friend of his wife). This location is a good 20-25 minute drive to the part of Hua Hin beach and restaurants that we liked, the drive felt long at night, I would highly recommend a car or a scooter. Also there is Grab taxi available which we ended up using. There is a lot of trash around this area which we didn’t like. It wasn’t as tidy as other areas. But this housing development is clean, and it is gated. It’s very safe and the neighborhood has very nice houses. There are two construction projects going on next to it.

This is a really beautiful home and it was a pleasure staying here, especially hanging out on the top floor with a wonderful view of the sea. Definitely five stars and great value, nonetheless, the stairwells and hallways aren’t air conditioned so you end up going from hot to cool in the rooms. That said, that doesn’t disqualify the place one bit and I’d be happy to return, especially considering it’s a stone’s throw to the beach with beautiful swimmable waters. It’s all residential and private, there’s a bar/restaurant across the street in front of the beach, so if you’re looking for a pleasant, relaxing and beautiful home/surroundings, Côte by the Sea is the way to go.

This is my 2nd time staying at Deepak's place. The room is spacious and located in a very peaceful and private area. The room has direct access to the pool and the kitchen has everything one would need for their vacation. Check in and check out is very simple and easy. Overall, I'm very happy with the stay:-) Will definitely come back and highly recommend to all other guests!!

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful villa with a gorgeous pool and garden area. We had 2 super weeks here as a base to explore. Very friendly owner and property manager. Lovely small town, 3mins drive which has everything you could need, massage, pharmacy, groceries, restaurants etc. Beach 10mins drive. One of the newer and more modern villas we've stayed in throughout Thailand, recommended.

Beautiful and peaceful villa in community ten minutes drive to town. It was just the two of us and we wanted to experience local expat life for a few days. The villa itself is nicely furnished to feel like home. We never cooked but did order Grab delivery to enjoy dinner at home at the dining table in air conditioning. The master bed was comfortable with a nice view to the pool. The linens were nice and it was great to relax watching smart tv. The master bath is spacious and even has a big tub. The villa could comfortably accommodate a family and crib for baby as well. The host, Moka, was friendly, kind and responsive. Moka sent a new kettle upon request which was greatly appreciated. We never had issues with being picked up or dropped off into town during the day or at night. Relax and enjoy the pool! Highly recommend to book.

Excellent villa, very comfortable and cozy. Absolutely everything is there for convenience, all necessary dishes, grill, coffee machine, the pool is cleaned 2 times a week. The owner of the villa is a very nice person, helps with absolutely any question, helped with ordering drinking water, coffee beans, etc. Quickly responds to any question. Excellent location of the villa, all kinds of deliveries are available, the territory is quiet and beautiful. We will definitely come back again.

The house itself and the location was a dream. The terrace of the pool and rooms were fantastic The housekeeper was also very nice. We would love to come back.

Amazing place. Very modern and well equipped villa, nothing was missing. Perfect place to take a long rest with family or friends. Fantastic swimming pool, space for car. Around lots of fantastic roads for biking, shops just few meters from villa. Khun Geir very helpful and with very fast response to our requests. For sure we will come again soon.
