Holiday rentals with a pool in Samborondón

Absolutely recommendable! The house is inside a private urbanization and the security measures when entering the compound are demanding. Which gives you tranquility and feeling that you are in a very protected environment, which is appreciated in Guayaquil. The house has all the amenities it offers and can be a fantastic option for people who go with family. Boys have back patio to play, they can go out and explore, there is a pool and a PS! What more could you ask for! Jaime, on the other hand, was always attentive to our needs, responds in a timely manner and is very patient. I would definitely stay here again with today security!

THE ACCOMMODATION IN GENERAL WAS EXCELLENT, THE HOUSE IN FACT EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS IS QUITE STRICT THE OWNERS SUPER ATTENTIVE AND OUTSTANDING IN GENERAL I RECOMMEND THE HOUSE IS TOTALLY IN A GOOD SECTOR AND ABOVE ALL SAFE CLOSE TO EVERYTHING.

The house is very nice, precise space for a family of 5 or 6, everything is spotless and very clean. I would repeat my stay there, and I recommend it 100%. Ariel was very attentive and kind.

It's a nice house and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The air conditioners work fine and beds are comfortable.

The villa has multiple rooms, bathrooms and shared spaces. Sergio communicated quickly with respect to the check-in details and instructions. Lots of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. Top villa to stay and spend some time with family.
