Holiday rentals with a patio in Samtskhe-Javakheti

A lovely, beautiful place with all amenities. The house literally stands on a mountain river, it is very picturesque. Literally a few seconds walk from the house you immediately get into the tourist movement with shops, cafes, etc. Within a minute's walk, the central park, the funicular to the mountain, etc. The house itself is large, it has 3 bedrooms quite large and the kitchen is a living room. Each bedroom has its own toilet and shower. Plus there is a place to sit outside with a large table, swing and sofa. Also right by the river there is also a place with a gazebo, a grill, a children's swing and a hammock. There is plenty of space in general. The hostess Marina is responsive and friendly, told and showed everything, also provided a place for cars. highly recommended.

Very nice and cozy apartment. The hostess is friendly and thoughtful. She also created a Christmas atmosphere in the apartment and left holiday candy. Everything that was indicated in the description in the apartment was there. We liked it, I recommend it :)

A great place with terrific hosts!

It was a great stay, the host and the neighbors around are so friendly, they offered wood for the fireplace and refused to take money for it. The place is as described with lots of sleeping beds and sofas, however the place is a bit small for it to host 16 people in total if they have a problem in that. For us it was a good experience since we were a big family together. The place outside in fromt of the house is well equipped, but I wish the area beside and behind the home to be better facilitated and accessible.

All in all - we enjoyed our stay. It has very good location, few steps away Crystal Ski Gandola, supermarket and restaurants. Easy to get to Didvali Skies by public bus or taxi (5-10lari), or 15-20minutes walking. Apartment is on the ground floor, so floor is a bit cold, but heating system is working well, so it is warm inside the apartment. Everything is provided. Thank you.

Guranda's place is perfect! Very clean apartment, very nice, everuthing you need, beautiful neighborhood, delicious places to eat Georgian meals. Guranda is very friendly person! Easy cominicate and always ready to help with everything. I would recommend to everyone stay there. Thank you Guranda!

Great apartment! Clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Convenient location – quite close to ski slopes, restaurants and supermarkets. Check-in was smooth, and everything was well-organized. Highly recommend!

A wonderful host and an equally beautiful place. Small details make this house cozy and very lovely. Aleksandr was always ready to help and also recommended us both places where to eat and to hang out. We would really love to come and stay there again.

Tamar's place is new and very clean. House has alot of space inside and out. From the balcony there is views of the mountains. We found a very nice hiking area near by within walking distance. We will definitely visit Tamar's place during our next stay in Bakuriani.
