Francisco was a fantastic host! He communicated with us before and during our stay in the apartment. He was extremely responsive with a very quick response time. He provided us with detailed instructions for check-in and recommendations. He was proactive and check in with us during the week to see how our stay was going and to see if there was anything we needed. I highly recommend this apartment to other visitors!

The loft is absolutely stunning. The view from the terrace and bedrooms is amazing. Just a short 3 block walk to the zocalo. I would highly recommend this unit and this host.

Everything is excellent in truth, great location, super clean apartment, Nieves service always pending and very nice building.

We absolutely loved our time in Puebla and the Airbnb and particularly the location played a key role in this. It was amazing exploring the local area with so many great places to eat and get a coffee. We loved the local markets in particular. Jess and Carlos met us at check in and kindly provided some water and a few other bits and pieces that made the stay feel more homely. Would stay again

We had a great time in this beautiful apartment. The spaces are very nice, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, the bathroom has a lot of charm, and the large glass windows provide beautiful brightness. The only downside, as others mentioned, is the ambient noise. But with earplugs, the nights remain quite comfortable. I highly recommend this atypical listing!

Overall, it's an apartment that has everything mentioned. The only downside is that it's on the second floor where you have to climb some pretty narrow stairs. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The apartment matched its description perfectly and exceeded my expectations. Its location is ideal - just steps from the San Andrés Zócalo in Cholula, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, yet still reasonably peaceful. Of course, being in Cholula, some ambient sounds like church bells and fireworks are part of the charm and beyond anyone’s control. One thing that stood out was the reliable plumbing and consistent hot water - something that’s often a gamble when traveling, but this place nails it. The large balcony is a highlight, offering a stunning view of La Malinche and ample space, making it an ideal spot for yoga. The other residents in the complex were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive vibe. The host, Efren, was exceptional - super responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. Thanks to him, my experience was truly enjoyable. I’d happily book again!

Excellent place, a very well lit space. From the entrance, the guards are very friendly and communicate with excellent attitude. Daniela is always waiting. Highly recommended

It is a good apartment in Cholula. It is further from the centre, about 15 minute walk but the area felt safe and it is close to the university. Apartment was just as in pictures with great wifi. Vero was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

The accommodation complies with what it describes, it is complete for both short and long stays. The hostess attended us very kindly, a 100% recommended place
